Anyone who criticizes her age will be her age in a blink of an eye and will not have done a millionth of what this woman has done. And in the grand scheme of life, she is still a young woman.

No one gives one whit about Annie Lennox. She herself doesn’t seem to be too concerned about the aging process. She’s an artist and is just good. Madonna cares way too much about her aging. She seems very uncomfortable with it. She’s interesting as an entertainer but an artist is a stretch in my opinion.

People don’t give Madonna enough credit for her artistic talents. I’m listening to the “Madame X” album and it’s a creative, musical masterpiece. The lyrics and music are beautifully raw. Madonna is an artist who constantly pushes the boundaries with her art and I’m constantly inspired by her.
Tell you what they don't do.. They don't listen at all in the first place, they just trash immediately they even hear her name. Quite a few people have passed through my life that came with the - Oh no, you don't like Madonna do you?? ( After seeing the OBVIOUS after taking a look in my music shelves ) So, what i used to do is TRICK them.. Listen to a lot of other music and get them engaged in a conversation about music, anything and everything except Madonna.. and with a sufficient amount of time having passed, after a few drinks ( or a joint ;) i'd suddenly put on a Madonna pearl i was absolutely sure they will never have heard.. like Swim, original, or Father...whatever.. and suddenly these peeps go - Oh that's a really nice song!! WHO is that??

After all these years it's the first time I got curious to hear her voice when she's not singing. She is charming actually.

It seems she's on some kind of medication. She slurs. She Stutters. And takes a while to compose her sentences. Something is not quite right there. Contrary to many of her fans on this posts, I do not find her articulate at all In interviews. She never interviews well as a subject because of her defensiveness. This lack of focus and distraction of Madonna's has been a common thread throughout this whole Madame X promotion on various tv chat shows (watch Graham Norton) and interviews such as the Andrew Denton one. Has she taken up drinking alcohol? Seems that it's alcohol plus medication (anti-depressants?) not sure...
She is in a very good place right now - thoughtful, retrospective, grateful, and inspired.

'This is not background music.' I couldn't agree more. I've listened to this album probably 6 times all the way through, each time with a really great set of headphones on. And during each listen I find something new. 'Madame X' is sonically Madonna's best work since 'Ray of Light' and she has every right to be very proud of it. It's just a shame that the powers that be in the game of commercial radio (and it IS a game) won't give these songs a wider audience - they only see her as 'an icon' or 'a legend,' not as 'an artist.'

Mostly horrible things, this last time I thought she was telling me to get lip injections and buy an eye patch. I’m going back and listen to it until she gives me some positive affirmation.

Me @51 yrs. : Am honestly one of the conflicted people about how I feel about Madonna ; but in all I believe about her no matter what I feel I must take a bow and love her as I have since the tender age of sixteen. I can not imagine conquering my adolescence and young adulthood without Madonna's music and inspiration for survival. As much as I have not always felt the way she does about peoples life differences and beliefs ; I believe she has not only commanded respect and deserves it but I know she has earned it .

This is one of the best interviews I've ever seen with her. Harry's an equal and they can match each other's intellect. It's a lot more exposed than normal (you can tell she's nervous about speaking so frankly) and the content is fascinating.

I love Madonna's new persona. She's more vulnerable, self aware & laid back now but from time to time, she still knows how to pack a punch with her witty observations.

They can backlash her bring her down but she always always proves the critics wrong. Now I must listen to her album again. Madonna your are a legend.
It's never easy with Madonna, she's just usually so abrasive and combatant in conversation - this interview cuts through that and was really interesting to watch.

My brother and I listened to MAdame X, a couple of weekends ago. It was amazing, and the more you listen to it, the better it sounds. I personally think it's incredibly inspiring. I have visited Portugal, twice this year. It was a very musical experience. It's a compelling album. I love it. Medelin and Dark Ballet...and .. all of it and the visuals are outstanding. It's a great album without question.
I'm just going to say to say that I love this woman and this record I'm a Spanish speaker and I see this woman and I feel so inspired and happy with her music, she always brings out other cultures which is so beautiful from her ,tons of love.

Cuando Ella respondía a las preguntas, me imaginaba que fascinante sería conocer a esta artista que ha sido inspiración para muchos. La verdad es fascinante y alucinante escucharla hablar. Sus 6 hijos son muy afortunados de tener a una mamá como Ella. Y sus amantes también lo son. Madonna no para, esta mujer estará creando música por mucho tiempo.

The reason why she's so influential is because she is is a protective, scared, famous, over protective woman... But when she released music or is on stage she is magic... And thats why she is successful... Yes she does have an ego.. But its a crushed ego... She is aware of her success but is also scared it'll go... She's not an ego maniac like people want her to be.. She just a normal woman that speaks her mind and get nervous about it but can do it well!
I wouldn't use the word normal, she is human yes, and feels vulnerable sometimes like we all do, but normal no, she has bought herself creative freedoms that most can only dream about - she is highly self developed.
