The Edinburg Police Department is issuing special tickets to children, but not for reasons you might think! In an effort to celebrate good deeds and include a summer treat as a reward, Operation Chill is a fun program to foster strong bonds with the city's youth. Join us for FREE Slurpees on July 11th.
