He’s frustrating but genuinely just keep practicing and learn his moves u will realise there are 2 or 3 times where u can get a hit in or 2 and just keep repeating that. Also try and keep aggression up on him as poise will regenerate if not careful
When he throws the 2 shuriken and does the leaping slash if you dodge it u can punish,lower his health so his posture won’t go down as fast just keep at it
i think he is the hardest boss in sekiro i struggle alot against him all i can say is take your time while defeating him use mist raven and ichimonji or double ichimonji this helps to recover your posture
