Hi,I am a 51 year old Japanese. I have return to RC hobby when I got old.Porsche 934 is a very old memory...
Thanks for showing Matteo. The 40th anniversary model looks ok, but the 30th looks awesome!
I would keep the 30th anniversary one unbuild. Like you said, it's too precious.
Sheer beauty, Thanks for showing the best looking unboxing ever...that really is tamiya perfection, Thanks Matteo
So nice. The 30 year is a nice classic and I would likely keep that one in the original box too. Looking forward to seeing your build of the 40th Anniversary.
Thanks Robert! Here you can see some pictures: facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1830938023857142.1073741836.1727564667527812&type=1&l=4671b0de26
Keep the awesome video's coming Matteo! You're the best at making these video's, and I always look forward to watching them as they come up on my feed! My girlfriend and I actually have "Saturday mornings with Matteo" at our place now, drinking coffee, and watching your videos! Love them all, keep them coming my friend!
Thank you so much for your nice comment! It was a great pleasure to read your words! I try my best to do more videos, but sometimes it's not easy beside my regular job, my family and all the other things.
Hello Matteo, thanks for this Video, I was not familiar with these Models🤷🏼♂️ thank you for this great Video👍 today I know the 45th and the 30th new in box are a good choice👍 so i had a good deal to buy a 30th complete in box🤷🏼♂️
wow! The 30th anniversary Edition is awesome! The chassis is even better than the one of the 40th anniversary and in my opinion the green Vaillant Edition is even more beautiful. Great Video! Thanx for giving a closer look to what's inside of these boxes
Klasse ! Zwei Goldstücke bei Matteo. Bin schon jetzt auf mehr gespannt. 👍🏻
it's like opening a gold tressure box hehe
That 30 years anniversary Porsche looks like an incredible kit - with a lot of extra kit!!! I do not think I could leave it unbuilded - I have little patience!! 😲😲 The 40 years Anniversary car looks a bit of a step down.... Still very nice, but even the packaging of the 30 years Anniversary car was truly impressive!
.....hmmmmmmmm....... I wonder if Tamiya will rerelease the very first Porsche??? 😲 😲 😲 WOW, that suspension was so primitive!
Wow they really made an effort on that 30th anniversary edition. Maybe when it gets to the 50th anniversary they'll do something special again ? Never seen that really early chassis that you showed. Makes you realise how much things have progressed !
Thanks Pete! Yes, I hope they will release something special for the 50th. Maybe something very special because of the half century!
Very well explained everything about the car. Thank you so much for sharing it. big thumbs up brother
Hahaha.... I am not the only one keeping my Tamiya kits unbuild :-)
Yes, but normally I like to build and drive my cars, but this one is simply too precious!
Wow nice collection.. If you can still hold building the 30th anniv.. , display it just as that.
Wow awesome!! I was excited to these unboxing very much.
Thank you for wonderful video!
Great video, I agree with your decision, keep the 30th in box and build the 40th
Damn I missed this video. Amazing the difference 10 years does in packaging and effort. I guess like all companies, Tamiya has to consider costs. Oh well. Thanks for sharing Matteo
Well sir, you continue to impress me with your awesome collection. Very nice score there with the 30th aniv. Porsche, I have only seen one other of those since it's release.
Great video Matteo. That 30th is one of the few cars I don't have that I really want. Not going to pay what most are asking for though. Enjoy it my friend!
Thanks Theibault! Yes, the 30th it's very expensive. The pre owner sold it for a good price to me.
Very nice video. Good to see the 30th. Looks very very nice and special. Understand why you will keep it in the box. Got myself a 40th too. A nice car but no need to keep that one NIB. I will build and run that one too :-)
Thanks! Yes, I think it's good the 40th is not so luxury, so we can build it without bad feelings!
Nice vid again...and so nice to see YOUin the picture.....agree not to build 30th anniversary..thumbs up for Matteo..
HELLOOOOOO, I am a fan of all of your video's ! I can't wait too see more. I know you have been doing this for a while and I've been watching all of your videos . Please show more of the traxxas ford bronco you made. Stay frosty .
Thank you Keith! Glad to hear this, and yes, Bronco vid is on it's way! 👍😊👍
Excellent video! I love the 30th Porsche so so so much but I just can't find it anywhere even in Japan, only can get the smaller version 1/12 scale (TamTech Gear).
Ah ,you are Switzer , no wonder the accent :) . Love your video ! Greetings from China!
The 30th anniversary open the box and that was incredible a work of art. Then the 40th a bit disappointing.
Super Video!
Hello matteo i am a big fan of your videos!!
I have the chance to buy a kit 49400 like yours partially assambled not painted in 650$ do you think is a good deal??? Thanks for your time!!!
Thanks! Glad you like my videos! In my opinion, for this price it should be new in box. If it's unboxed the value goes rapidly down. Otherwise, I found some NIB for 750.- to 900.-
So, I would say you can look around on eBay and other sites and check the prices.
Thank you!!! I think that i would go for the 40th anniversary because i like to enjoy them! One day you should make a video of "making of" seriously i cant understand how fast you record the cars in movement in with such a good quality, the camera man has to be so patient!! Who is the pilot normally?
javito50 Good decision with the 40th Porsche! I am the cameraman, and the pilot as well. In my left hand the pistol transmitter to control the car, and in right hand the camera. Normally I do everything alone!
Matteo's RC Movies are you serious???? Now i am so impressed!!!! I guess you use an airplane remote so you can keep the gas on hehehehe awesome!!!!
'
is this decal sticker already pre-cut or use a own razor / scissor...
check the box what country made this tamiya model car
so nice.... some are selling these in yahoo auction japan for 3000USD....
sooo nice, I would almost feel guilty running it . . almost.🙄
Thanks! Agree with the 30th, but I think the 40th is possible to build and run!
good review bro 👍👍👍👍👍
Is this Borats cousin? He's the best Tamiya modeler in the village.
Hi Matteo, great review. I think the 40th is a bit disappointing..... plastic shocks don't belong on a anniversary model!!! Will look forward to seing it built though.
Thanks for your feedback! Of course the 30th is much more precious, but the 40th is still a very nice car. Here you can see some pictures of it: facebook.com/pg/matteosrcmovies/photos/?tab=album&album_id=1830938023857142
The build pictures look great, you've convinced me, I've just ordered myself one, looking forward to building it!!
Judging by its RC car offerings, Tamiya appears to be in decline. The slide started off slow, such as the elimination of ball-bearing differentials as standard equipment with the introduction of the TA06 and TB04. Now, those chassis aren't being kitted with new bodies, and Tamiya is reintroducing much older predecessors. Where are the new car bodies? It really is such a shame.
LG Matteo
Yikes!!! had a look on ebay for the 30th.... 1000-1500 dollars.
its a nice car, but not 1500 dollar nice... ouch!
and i would build that car, just not drive it... would look much nicer on the shelf than the box does. :)
Thanks for your feedback! Yes, the price is too high now. But it's always the same with collectable rarities. Also in RC. Maybe sometime I build it, I'm also not a fan of rc cars in boxes!
Sounds like borat.
can't believe you reply my comment haha. love your videos, especially the drive along one.
I bought my first RC in the 1980's as a teenager. I got back into the hobby about 4 years ago. A lot has changed, I don't miss the old electronics or the old batteries, a 16 hour charge for 5 mins run time! Good job as always.
Thanks! Yes, the old days were nice, but not in every way!
