i saw on the polymaker filament video on your red and black millennium milo you had looked at me like a gray and green ship vacuum collector on the spindle is that file posted anywhere

I have not shared that file anywhere. I did not want a giant enclosure or chips all over my office so I designed that real quick in F360.

Good afternoon. Where can I found the CAD or STL files for that steel side plates?

Plates came with the LDO kit I received. There are some files in the Millenium Machines GitHub for these under "FMJ"

What’s the driver you’re using? It seems much more convenient than an Allen key wrench, at least to get the hex screws in.
Concerning loctite, do lock washers work well enough to hold a screw in position? I don’t like to have screws glued in permanently

The driver I use is an iFixit kit: amzn.to/3PJXyNJ
As for lock washers, everything is sized for screws with a certain length, when you start adding lock washers, they may not have the correct amount of engagement.
Try this instead of Locktite, will hold screws but they can still be removed: amzn.to/3xi4hs2

Doesnt seem rigid or stable enough for real and precise milling of even soft metals like aluminum or brass/bronze

More than rigid enough for Aluminum and some have even been doing some work with mild steel with mixed results.
