Egg (1 pc.).
Sugar (110g/~1/2 cup).
Cornstarch (50g/5 level tablespoons).
Milk (750ml/3 cups).
Butter (30g/3 tsp).
Chocolate (80g/2.8oz).

Shape 18 cm (7.1 inches).
Soak gelatin (15g/1 tbsp) in water (80ml/1/3 cup).

Cream 33-36% (250 ml / 1 cup).
