- In a far away galaxy, letters shaped spaceships, have inspired fans to create spaceships for every letter of the alphabet.
However, the shape of numbers appears to be an unexplored area.
In an effort to innovate, I have decided to design a series of spaceships based on numerical shapes, thus opening a new field of exploration in spaceship design.

@@lexprontera8325Because the genre wasn't taken as seriously back in the day, a lot of science fiction used to be printed on cheap wood-pulp paper. That's where the "pulp" comes from.

The first 3 wing design was really cool, it reminded me of a spaceship I modeled as a kid in a voxel software.

The 7-Wing actually looks kind of cool. It looks like a "what if" Rebel ground attack aircraft that only was a prototype that was never finished or produced.
Just slap some rocket pods under the stubby little wings and there you go.
The 7 wing confuses me, it looks nothing like the number 7

9 and 7 could've so easily been ramming ships with large blades. Build them insanely sturdy, one single seat, add hyperdrive.

4-Wing just looks cursed to me. Not to mention the aircraft armor is as flat as a pancake so good luck bouncing off laser cannon grounds fire.

these are all pretty good concepts tbh. you could use the 2nd 8wing design as the basis for a tiltroter design if u elongated and bulked up the fuselage a bit, for example

Just another day hanging out in a random space station and watching ships fly inside before landing in No Man’s Sky, as I swear the ships random NPCs tend to fly in that game are some of the most bass ackwards designs of spacefaring vessels that I’ve ever seen.
These are my kind of spaceships.

it took me way too long to realize the number isn’t referring to the number of wings on the ship, but rather the literal shape of the ship.

..."Curvy" designs *mostly* not fit very well into Star Wars "style", with "curvy" 2-wing being just enough odd to *not* be a coolest/perfect "curvy" design!
Also, I fully expected 9-wing to have a "curvy" version, given the shape of number 9. Maybe you should give it a try :) .
