We Love Good Harbor Beach, we have been going yearly since I was a wee lad. The People of Gloucester are so friendly and warm, Best vacation spot period. Also the Best Seafood and Clam Chowdah. :)
So when i went their the waves were at least 10 to 15 feet tall their were a bunch of surfers and bogie boarders. Except when complete hightide comes the upper beach gets so packed that you feel like ur in a can of sardines with other peopls
It can be a nice place but some parts during summer absolutely suck. Stage fort park for instance is so nice but during summer it is so congested with scummy people by the hundreds laying on the grass over looking the ocean. They act like its the beach but don't have to pay for the parking. There is trash left around and you literally can't walk or ride a bike through there at that time. Unattended kids running everywhere. It looks like when deals and walruses perch on a small island and there is no room and there's a lot of barking n chaos. I will never go back to that park during summer

Same I really love that beach because and sometimes it crowded to park the car sometimes.
