The Govt of Andhrapradesh Govt and Municapalities are entertaining the cash transactions; Abcari dept of AP is selling liquor on cash transactions only. The municipalities during these days collecting taxes on properties and on municipal waste, where they are insisting public to pay the taxes in the form of cash only.... Are they liable to violation of It Acts.?
