The cashier/server lass was super friendly, helpful and engaging. Wish all customer service were like that.

Generally if employers pay their staff enough and treat them respectfully they are happy and helpful. If a server is a prick it probably reflects more on the company than it does on the individual.

The cashier is such an asset to that business what a true professional. If you owned that place you would not want to lose a type A employee like her. I'd give her a raise.
I dunno how much this company pays and also if this is the type of work that makes the cashier happy which obviously would help towards her being so awesome, but generally in food/retail sectors they have the same pay and rarely promote people on working merit, so they end up losing many decent workers.
Danny's travelled to some great restaurants, and she was the best. I hope she gets management and the rewards she deserves.

From experience, the owners are like psychopaths. For example, sacking staff after getting a Zero star rating through no fault of their own is psychotic. The reason a zero star was awarded was due to them using the same cooking utensils for raw and cooked meat! Despite staff warning them about this and offering a solution to the problem, before and getting dismissed as unimportant. In hindsight, I should of gone to a solicitor and sued them for unfair dismissal but hey, we live and learn. Absolute circus that place, if any of the original staff are still there, bless their souls. + I'm guessing they bribed the food inspector to allow them to improve and return and to not publish the original rating because as if by magic, they returned the following day and awarded 5 stars.

@@matthewbuchalter I agree ,when I was younger I can remember our boss at one place I worked at going nuts if we didn't do it right and later on when I ran my own store I drilled it in to staff that it was important and also made customers feel special and want to come back again and again

I think this is a trick many fastfoods do, plenty chips for new customers so they will be likely to come back. That portion might not feed a family of four but it can definitely feed 2-3 not very hungry people.

This is easily the best burger joint I've seen Danny review. Huge bag of fries (seasoned no less!), great burger (not too massive that it falls apart in your hands, but still big), and the cheese sticks (I loves me some cheese sticks - wonder if they had BBQ - goes great with cheese sticks). They were all fantastic, but the best part in my opinion was the friendliness of the staff, not to mention how awesome the cashier was! That alone would ensure my return... now if only there were any of these in Canada...

I’m a regular to Urban burger and it’s definitely as good as he says. Always great service and fresh food. If you visit please don’t order the chips with out the cheese sauce, it is a MUST have!

Was anyone else expecting an 'Erb N Burger'? The legendary bottomless bag of chips looked incredible.
Had to be a solid ten! the chips alone looked worth it! And loved the server, despite some cynical comments. As the front of house ambassador for Urban, I'd remember that good service and if ever was passing would definitely stop and try the food.
