Azzi is indeed a super star, but there are several stars in the UCONN constellation. This is going to be a wild ride this year. UCONN has just served notice to the rest of college basketball. Can South Carolina stop them? Maybe, they can but it won't be an easy out.
My question is when Paige returns how will the dynamics change? Will both Paige and Azzi average 20+ points per game, and if they do will that weaken the team.
It is great to see Griffin back on the court. Seems like forever since we last saw her, I had feared she transferred or something. Glad she's still fantastic. And I mean, Azzi was a machine too. Insane.
Caroline is one of my favorite players to watch on this team. Since arriving at UConn she has averaged approximately 1 point for every 2 minutes played. And that is with the rest of the offensive firepower UConn has. And I am hoping she transfers. She could easily average 15, maybe 20 points on an ncaa tournament team. It just isn't happening at Connecticut. Geno has a really quick hook on her dating back to the NCAA tournament. It will be such a shame if I am looking at box scores all season and next season and noticing she only played 4 minutes that night.
I like Caroline too. I think she’s been battling some injuries though and hasn’t been at full capacity. She should see more playing time soon. They are going to need her talent for sure!
I don’t know if you know but she’s been struggling with neck stiffness in the past couple of weeks and only having 2 trainings per week she’s still resting in games.
If UConn is going to play with this run and gun intensity all year I will have to watch using oxygen.
All fueld by nika!
@@Ajak1033 She is the dynamo
Me too!!
They play like this they have real good chance wining it all
Have to do every game
Nika Muhl is the truth. Amazing defense and leadership.
Azzi fudd reminds me of mya Moore
My favorite college hoop player of all time. Mya Moore. Poetry in motion.
Azzi is a deadly shooter pretty much like Kaleena Mosqueda Lewis

Nice to see some consistent 3pt shooting again
We were 8-24 3s (33%) against Northeastern. That's the breakeven against 50% 2s.
Fudd 🏀 Ripple Baby
Either Uconn has lot more violent than the norm or Texas is international soccer style floppy.
VIOLENT?????
The refs let them play.
@@paulsinger5102 - 20 fouls. Physical is not required.
@@paulsinger5102 - Irrelevant. That was then. This is now. Stay tuned to the present where games are played.
