Thanks for the question. If you fail the entry request lottery, you still have a chance to watch. As you say, you can queue up for the first show without reservation. You need to wait for about 90minutes or so to secure the seat!

The app was a bit confusing at first but the video helped a lot so I wasn't too lost, so we didn't have to wait long for 4 rides 😊 I think it's important also to note for other travelers that you have to register everyone in your group early so that you can form a group on the app and 1 person can book for everyone at the same time! :)
