- Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are clearly the most loved Bollywood couple at this moment. In fact, Ranlia shippers are crazily obsessed with every move of their favourite duo. When Bollywood Bubble host Nayandeep Rakshit caught up with Alia Bhatt during the promotions of Gangubai Kathiawadi, she opened up on her love for Ranbir Kapoor. Not only did she reveal that she was supposed to do Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Balika Vadhu which also had Ranbir working on it, she shared she clicked her first picture with him during that time. Apart from that, Alia also reveals why her audition for Black was one of her 'worst' ver and despite Balike Vadhu, Black and now, Inshallah not happening, she desired to work with SLB and it finally came to fruition with Gangubai Kathiawadi. I never have understood why people are so much against Ranbir Kapoor.. people tend to make mistakes but he is one of the most genuine person more than an actor he is..also its better to have 2-3 relations before you marry , than to marry first and divorce 3-4 times with so many kids getting puzzled with the mummy 1..mummy2 ..or papa1..papa2 things.

Don't want to sound judgemental, but I feel that Alia Bhat is as human as a bollywood actor can get. This Ranbir dude dated many actresses but when I came across the rumors that he is dating Alia Bhatt, it was obvious that his quest was over. Sometimes I wonder why most girls aren't like Alia. She has grace, dignity, happiness, beauty and most importantly, a soul. If I get to marry someone like Alia Bhatt I'd ensure that she gets everything she deserves and never disrespect her.

Its very heart breaking when people choose actors and actress as their idols. Even gangubai, the role she is playing is a great idol. She fought for women rights! She stood up for education and was like a lotus in the mud. From rani jhansi to Kalpana Chawla, from Abdul kalam to mother teresa, from bhagat singh to Sarojini naidu, etc etc, india is blessed to have people who have ruled the hearts with their work for humanity, for our nation.
Having an idol is a personal choice, no doubt. But I feel by choosing actress and actors who have done nothing for society, or worse, have been selfish enough to do ads of things they will never use, for money, I feel by choosing them as your idols you are undermining and underestimating yourself! You can do better. You can BE a much better human being than her. ALL THE VERY BEST!

I think her acting is naive in gangubai, I really think that this character needed a lot more than just few face mixes, she has made her look like a diva 😂.
One more thing Sanjay leela Bhansali movie girls, are usually very beautiful girls, knowing mediocre actings, it's no big deal if he says that you are going to be a heroine one day.You can glam up a set, colour it up, use beautiful faces and say it's a good movie.
It's good for the eye.But we have definitely seen better acts in the past even from beautiful faces.
Gangubai is more of sound background effects and little expressions, I really liked shantanu though.
