    Rohitbhai one question.. i feel thats i feel no disrespect at all i love you and i will say your information helped a lot and makes me personally motivated.. but my question was don’t you think you should workout without using the momentum..???? Like the pros do..?? I think it will give you that edge that you really need… cause sometimes i feel you deserve a lot but things like this like using momentum and doing the reps just to do it… it might show thats intense but i feel you should try to make your muscles cry but not using momentum… lots of love rohitbhai you are always an inspiration… thank you for informative videos.. sorry bhai agar it makes you feel uncomfortable… but we really want you to grow more and win and prove the haters wrong..

    Bhai mere according best pre-workout hai black coffee, 1tsp honey aur usme pinch of salt . Baaki pre workout bhi Lena chahiye agar kisi ko bahut hi zyada intense workout krna ho . Baaki aapka discipline, consistency aur aapka workout krna ka tareeka depend krta hai ....🔥. Baaki tagde hone pe dhyan do 🔥🔥.
