Hi, currently I have a 10 lakh TataAig Group medicare 360 policy taken through Axis bank , and last week, I received a migration letter from the company to migrate to their individual Medicare policy as they claimed that the Group medicare 360 policy is being discontinued. But they have arbitrarily changed the Room catagory to Shared accommodation with 10% co-pay instead of the Single Pvt ac room in my current plan. I haven't given my approval for the migration, and asked the company to give me a better option with any room rent restrictions or Co-pay. What are my options?
Kindly rectify there is no limit on modern treatment and robotic surgeries.... No such sub limits mentioned in brochure and policy wording....all are covered upto SI
What happens if we don’t disclose per existing disease and we get a health problem after 30 days of taking the policy then will we be paid the insurance?
Your Claim will be rejected by the company if they get to know that you haven't disclosed Pre existing disease & trying to take claim soon after buying the policy

Not covered about zone based premiums. What happens if someone from lower zone goes to higher zone ? Any copay. If yes, Any zone upgradation possible? If no copay even if one goes to higher zone, any document or proof needed from lower zone

I m at vapi (gujarat). Its' in zone c. Bombay is nearer to me in zone 1. If I go to Mumbai for treatment, what will b the effect on claim due to zone pricing?
Please make a correction in your video. In Tata AIG Medicare there is an option to restrict yourself to a sharing room in which case you get a heavy premium discount but you also end up paying 10% co payment on the final bill if you select a room that is higher than sharing basis. This is otherwise called Medicare Protect.
