As a psychologist, i could say he might have delusional disorder than paranoid schizophrenic. But, for any disorder to be a disorder, the person must face difficulties in his day-to-day life(which he is not facing as he can upload videos, talk in podcasts, bath, brush by himself etc.) so i can say that he is doing it intentionally than due to any disorder + i would like to add a point:- he might have a high neurotic, and low agreeableness type of personality which makes him act like this(even if it is intentionally)
