Non-Recognized Engineering Programs and Universities by PEC

Pakistan Engineering Council has issued a list of Accredited Engineering programs under Level-I, Level-II, and a list of universities granted NOCs for engineering programs. We have compiled a list of programs and universities that are not mentioned in any of the lists, and are offering engineering programs.
PEC has advised students not to seek admission in unrecognized engineering programs. So for the ease of the students, universities are mentioned whose engineering programs are not recognized by PEC.
