That's a clean looking exhaust! Sounds nice too. Def going to purchase the titanium version for my 400ex. Thanks For the Video which helped my decision
@@kenwilks6289 oh ok. I put an aftermarket exhaust on my old kawasaki bayou and didn't rejet it. It ran pretty bad but I didn't realize how bad it ran until I put the stock muffler back on before selling it
Thanks! it feels faster on the top end, and acceleration has improved. I also put a 150 jet in it when I installed the muffler(that's all I had), but I can tell it really needs a 152.5, which I'm waiting on right now. It was so quiet and tame with the stock muffler.
Did you change the Jets? I have one with 145 jets, it has exhaust an a cam, it only runs with the Chocke on, I will probably have to re jet it right? Should I do 152? Do you have a video on how to rejet it?
You have to re-jet it. I believe the 145 is stock. I would start with a 150 first, and then go from there. Running just on choke most likely means you need to clean your pilot jet. It could also be the air/fuel screw. It should be about 2 1/2 turns out. Sorry, I don't have a video for that. Hope you get it running right.
I have never heard the White Brother's exhaust, so I can't say. What I can say is that you can tune this exhaust. You get three different size tips to tune the sound.
This may sound stupid but where did get your back tires ? I Seem to be having a hard time finding anything that is the right size that arn't the cheap ones
@@brodybates5577 don't know if you found tires but I figured I'd give you some info. Don't be scared of some of the cheaper tires out there. Some of the cheaper ones are better than the expensive ones. I bought a set of gbc xc masters for my warrior for I think 227 shipped for all 4. That was a few years ago so they are probably more now but still. SunF are cheap but actually pretty decent too. Stay away from the balloon type tire that are on this dudes quad. They handle like shit and bounce all over the place and we're a stock tire. Also don't worry too much about the right size. The size depends on what kind of riding you do and what your running for gearing. I went 22x11x9 in the rear for clearance for trail riding but if your riding fields and tracks you could go with a 20 or I've seen people go with 19's. Only thing I recommend is kinda standard is go 1 inch taller in the front to whatever rear size you go with. That keeps the stance right for proper handling. On my raptor 660r I'm running 22x12x9 kenda bear claws in the rear and 23x7x10 gbc xc master in the front and it handles great. I get my gbc's from Midwest traction.com. they usually have good deals. Hope this helps and my bad for making it too long lol. Good luck buddy.
Thanks . I am still searching because i dont ride as much this time of year but, i will use your advise when i do decide to pull the trigger on some Thanks again!
@@ooossccar.7515 You may need to adjust the air fuel mixture screw a little. I also had to move the clip down on the needle. Those are fin tuning things. It ran fine just upping the main jet.

Did u end up getting it for the 400? If so what jets u use?
Can you add a link from where you got this from? Thanks

I bought this exhaust and it sounds great. Where did you find the new main jet?? I’m having trouble finding it
I bought mine on Ebay. Here is a link to the one I bought: www.ebay.com/itm/163031207116
Hopefully this link works for you. The seller is top notch.
Thanks for the help 🙏👍
I really do appreciate it
@@wesleyapostoloff5934 No problem, glad I could help.
Do you always have to rejet the carb when you put a better flowing exhaust on?
In most cases, yes.

Hard to find em with the factory tires on em.
Mine still has the stock knobbies lol
Where did you get that ball hitch? I love that idea. I'd like to find one like that for my Yamaha warrior.
I bought it on Ebay. It was specifically made for the Warrior. It comes in very handy hauling a yard cart around.
@@kenwilks6289 that is so cool I wasn't sure if there was such thing made for this ATV quad but I'm glad I came across your video

Would you consider selling it ? 🤔
Sorry, no. I'm very happy with this setup.
Another question for you what did you put in for the slow jet or idle jet my atv is idling too high
Stock main jet, 42.5, I think. Sounds like you just need to adjust your idle screw.
At sea level, k&n air filter what is a good jet size?
In my case, a 152.5 worked for me, but every machine is different.
you think this is louder than the white brothers e series?

What mods are you running?
In this video, it was just the exhaust and a few holes in the airbox. Now it has a big bore kit, stage 1 hotcam and an oil cooler.
