Hello, it is very difficult to identify the problem on your machine without knowing more details of the problem. Are there any errors codes on the display? If so, the problem can be electrical. The best way to solve the problem is to contact your local Volvo CE dealer because their trained technicians have the experience, and equipment to find and solve the problem on your machine. bit.ly/37fE3Xf
