you have not got to the main boss. you fight him after you use the other people. each person has there own story and once you have done runs with them and build up a strong spirit you can finale get to the main boss who is alot more stronger. really you can do many runs and i havent even filled up all the story spots so may have another boss after him but it would take alot of hours to get to that. this game is as deep or shallow as you like 1 hour or 50/60+ its more about the journey than the outcome but you do get the fulfillment you want if you put the time in

From what I read it was the same final boss but had more hp. Then there's an additional boss in the endless arena mode. It's good to know that you feel differently. It is a good question whether the main boss should be considered what most people fight most of the time where you can get a significant number of endings or if it should be the "secret final boss". But I feel that's more of a semantics question. A lot of these games offer more if people put in the time, but I hope to cover enough to help people get an idea about the main things in each game.

Is that Story of an Artist as the background music?

It is the title screen music for the game which is called "Night Sky".
For most of my reviews I try to use the title screen music if there is any.

    Good review 👍
Have you played many rougelites before? Because this setup of doing multiple short runs against the same boss is the standard setup for these games.

Most roguelites I've done or have reviewed on this channel have either more bosses or are shallower in unlocks.
This is the only one I've done where if you still progress in the current run when you. Most roguelites expect the player to fail and want the player to overcome difficulties they encounter through multiple tries. As such it feels that most roguelites are aimed at a crowd that enjoys hard games, while this one is aimed at a more casual crowd gameplay wise. For me I think the way the story is given is more unique and innovative than most games, and that would be the main reason to pick it up for a solo player.
