    Now for my fellow learners, try to find how many words from this video I’ve used in the following paragraph 😊
    In analyzing the current social and economic conjuncture, it is crucial to infer the potential outcomes and extrapolate future trends. By eliciting relevant information and data, we can gain a deeper understanding of the situation at hand. With this knowledge, we can then develop strategies to ameliorate existing challenges and persevere towards positive change. It is through this process of reflection, analysis, and action that we can navigate the complexities of our world and work towards a better future for all.

    You have to articulate your ideas when you speak to an audience, unless no one comprehends you. Especially when your expression is aimed at ameliorating the burden of people and communities. However, even in a stressed condition, you could have persevered with your speech. Eventually, you elicit a situation that worsens more than ever before and mitigates the risk. Thank you in advance. Harry.

    What is the difference between Extrapolate and Elicit. I’m confused because (as far as I understood) the meaning of both words is to predict something based in information that we either currently have or had from the past. Thank you so much! And btw I just found your channel and I love it!

    • @LearnEnglishwithHarry
      @LearnEnglishwithHarry  Рік тому +1

      Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying my lessons. "Extrapolate" means to estimate or predict something based on known information or data by extending or projecting it beyond the existing range or scope. In other words, it involves taking existing data and using it to make an educated guess about what might happen in the future or in a different situation. For example, if you have data on the number of cars sold in a particular region over the past year, you might use that data to extrapolate how many cars might be sold in the same region in the coming year. "Elicit," on the other hand, means to draw out or obtain information or a reaction from someone or something. It involves asking questions or using other methods to get someone or something to reveal information or a response. For example, a police officer might elicit a confession from a suspect by asking them questions about the crime they are accused of committing.
