The only problem for me is that Z6 got 'banding' when shooting in artificial light with electric shutter when you need silence indoors. other than that, Z6 is a perfect camera for walking around and daily shootings. For sport and wildlife, I prefer Z8.
I had Sony! I sold all my Sony gear and get the Nikon Z30 and Z50, Nikon have way better ergonomics and build quality, the experience of shooting with Nikon is better. The only thing is better with Sony is autofocus, but the Nikon one is very good too, the Z30 is on par with Sony for real world use. And now there are cheap autofocus third party lenses, that for me is important, the TTartisan 32mm f2.8 AF, the Yongnuo 85mm, 35mm and 50mm, the Viltrox primes for APSC and the ones for FF, the Tamron Zoom, etc
😌 now this camera is entering my eye. Your story-telling skill is great, so much so that your listeners (me) want to have a personal experience of the story. Family land for sale 😅 Apply within
While I agree that the Nikon Z6 is still great today as a professional camera, I would opt for the Z6ii to get the dual processor and dual slots for SD and CF Express B cards (SD cards are less expensive). However, if you are on a budget and can find the original Z6 at a big savings, then you can also buy some great Z lenses, I say go for it. CF Express cards have come down a bit in price. The color science and video quality is totally worth it on Z6 and Z6ii.
Just upgraded to a Z6 from a D3400 that we very quickly outgrew (years ago). Already shooting Nikon and having some legacy F-mount glass, it was kind of a no brainer to get the Z6 with the FTZ adapter. I still think it’s a relevant camera body today, because with its continued firmware upgrades (in particular 3.0 and 3.4) the autofocus tracking and other features of the camera are virtually identical to the Z6ii now. Sure, it only has one card slot - but that’s hardly a dealbreaker for most shooters, even professionals (unless you’re a wedding photographer for example). Great video, and I couldn’t agree more that the Z6 is still a great camera in 2023 and the future.
Had a hard time understanding what you where saying. You have the tendency to lower your voice too much at the end of a sentence. The background music started to overlay your voice (at least to my ears 😊). Well executed video, btw

Vahagraphy saw my video and commented on it! 😃Thanks a lot man. I bought the Nikon 50 1.2 cos of your review
@@khaleegraphy Thank you man. My pleasure. I hope you like that lens. Isn't it just an amazing 50mm. Probably the best I've ever owned.
Great video man-I am also a Z6 shooter and totally think it is still great in 2023!
Thanks for watching, I'm glad we agree. I really like your handle 😃
@@khaleegraphy my pleasure and thanks so much!
Awesome content. You're tempting some of us to taste Nikon again
One by one, you'll all return 😃
Great overview. I shoot most of my content with the Z6II which is based on the Z6 sensor. Such a great bargain too.
Thanks for watching! I'm considering getting a Z6ii as well
You are such a great communicator! Great content, thanks for sharing..,
You’re too kind, thanks for watching
all of a sudden i am reconsidering whether to go the Sony way or upgrade to this!!!!!!
I’m out here converting souls 😅 Sony has great support for the community and I love that, but they definitely don’t have better cameras imo

I'm thinking about the Z5 or Z6 (both used) to get a full frame, I have the Z50 and Z30 now.
I don't know a lot about the Z5, Z50 & Z30, but you definitely can't go wrong with the Z6

Hahaha, thank you for the compliment! Don't sell the land though 😅

I totally agree with you!
Great review, I like the fact that one can change from vids to pics without distorting the settings made for each.
Thank you. That feature is a game changer!
The single card slot doesn't worry you?
No it doesn't. It uses XQD cards and I've never seen or heard of one failing. Besides my Z7II has 2 slots, yet I only use one 😃
Thankyou for the review. Z6 is such a bargain price now second hand I am very tempted to get one
Thanks for watching. You won’t regret getting one

Noted! Thanks for watching
Let me go and add Z6 to my wish list
Are you sure it’s not a Z9 you’re adding to your list?
👌🏾👌🏾
Have you added it to the cart?
@@khaleegraphy LoL nope
Great review but I can't wait for the Z6 iii.
You and me both!
