And why ODOO is the better option?? ERPNext offers so much for fixed 50 dollars, whereas Odoo keeps adding for every single operation area! Add all options and ODOO would be world's most expensive monthly charged software!
Not anymore Odoo is now more like $40 per user for all modules. Also not very open source they don't give the source code unless you become a partner. They have a nice product but not worth paying that much per user! Hard for a startup trying to get organized in the beginning and too costly for a large established company. Not to mention the fact you pay or lose it or the the company goes under or decides to close up ship and now your stuck with so much wasted time and money to just have to start back over. Not a very open source model IMO.@@MaxAver
This guy lost me when he dared and said ERPNext can only be installed on mobile devices, but oddo on windows, mac, Do your homework man, stop spreading false information.
I have used both softwares for my Medium - Large sized company and ERPNEXT is a clear winner. Its so flexible, easier for develpers to work in the given framework
Just say that we are not holding any ground against ErpNext, there was no to try to fool us for 6 minutes Plus state your sponsor which is most likely Odoo
Honestly, most poor review in my whole life. At least you should have little knowledge. Better you learn first about ERPNext and then you will know how strong features does that have.
odoo is a only name based opensource also not satisfying UI but i triying to get since 2016 but couldn't get fully. it is not user friendly also everything need developer support so anyone guide me to get best open source erp
I wonder if this guy knows what an ERP actually is. I'm leaving this video feeling like I prefer ERPNext, for no reason other than the bad impression I have of this shilling.
Do not promote Odoo by virtue of being a programmer, because actually erpnext is better and easier, and everything in Odoo needs to be customized, and from here the promotion and spread comes in proportion to the interest of programmers and not the interest of companies
I am implementing different systems in companies, and I find that Odoo requires the least amount of customizations compared to other professional ERP systems. It can fit almost any company, and sometimes just using the Studio feature is enough to add fields or make small changes. Odoo follows best business practices and its most important function is its ability to manage activities, notes, and email communication in every entryform. This makes companies more efficient than other ERP systems like SAP, D365, and others, which don't have this functionality.
According to the comments, and after viewing this video, I confirm that you don't know what you'r saying....you should remove this video , you make lose time to people !
I don't know how you can take 8 minutes + of your life to make the video but not get 15 min into erpnext. take the video down before you waste more other peoples time
What exactly are you saying , odoo is too expensive for nothing you can't compare it to erpnext for features odoo only have vertical solutions but have no strength in accounting software
If you have no knowledge of either of these systems, it is shameful that you would publish such an absurd evaluation of them. You should do the right actions and remove it.
if u don't know the products then don't publish wrong info
Totally agree with you 👍
Most comments here suggests you have no idea of what you're talking man.

There is new pricing schema for Odoo. For 50 dol/month you get 3users license for ALL the modules.

Videos like these are why UA-cam should have kept the dislike counter.

Exactly.

I am long time odoo developers, and even so, I don't agree with this video. I think it is better removed. Thanks!
Really? Odoo SH with only a few apps will cosgtyou $160/month per user or $120/month with yearly plan.
odoo is a only name based opensource also not satisfying UI but i triying to get since 2016 but couldn't get fully. it is not user friendly also everything need developer support so anyone guide me to get best open source erp
I used both, ERPNext is far superior, truly open source
I understand its only 9 minutes, but this was not much of a comparison at all - more of a real basic intro to odoo.
you make compersion between tow products according to price not according to advantages

I am bias to one of these.. But this was not a good compare
it seems you haven't even used odoo. You dont know its disadvantages. Don't give reviews if you dont know something properly.
