I have been riding this bike since 2015, and i must say this bike is way more refined and smooth than hornet and trigger. And i am really satisfied with its service.
Its engine is more powerful than the Unicorn 150 for sure, so it will give little less mileage than unicorn 150. I regularly maintain the bike with fully synthetic engine oil, clean and lube the chain after every month, i also clean and replace the air filter once per year. Do these things and your bike will be butter smooth.

The dealerships are also not accepting bookings for this bike but Honda has not officially discontinued it. Poorly The bike didn't get much attraction from customers
It's a wolf in sheep's clothing it's one of the best Honda unicorn's available out there I would know as I was using the 2007 spoke wheel version for nine years and for the last four years now I have been using this bike it's a wonderful bike don't go by its unseemingly looks it has actual power on the highway and in Mumbai where I live how many times do we get the opportunity to go above 100 but this bike is awesome on the Highways I really love it and I love the way Honda has designed its engine the only downside is the ground clearance,but then that is also the reason for its awesome handling around corners.I love its linear power delivery...for the lights put an Led bulb and two additional led foglights that and I have added a engine kill switch for 100/- along with hazard lights for 50/- and security alarm for 750/- . The X blade is another good bike the hornet on the other hand is an overkill with regards to its Tyres and everything because it puts too much stress on the engine I feel 110 section is a good enough.Mine is the bs3 though and I travel 50km daily its easy on my pocket aswell.Its a pleasure i love its linear power delivery.The CBR250R is the next best bike.Once bitten by the Honda bug nothing else however faster seems to cut it.30 years of biking experience ought to be good enough..Riding since 1991.Buttons may look cheap i did not like the design aswell but trust me it is not cheap.
Unicorn 150 has the best instrument cluster (meter console). No need of digital. We can use mobile holder. I have Unicorn 150 2011 Model. Still running smooth like butter with milage 50-55 and power more than my friend's 2018 Model. Old is gold.

Also some heat is felt sometimes near ankle of leg. Mileage is good. Initially i got around 60 kmpl and now it is around 55. Breaking is not that good. Only front break is disc.
Haven’t tested Yamaha yet!! But regarding unicorn it’s a good bike!! Still if you can spend a little more you can get the new X Blade which is really a great option!!
X Blade is also good. I prefer x Blade for my use. With family unicorn 150 will be more comfortable. Especially for pillion. But that doesn’t mean x blade’s pillion comfort is bad. You can always check x Blade and unicorn for a test ride. X Blade might be a bit on the higher side for pillion. But please do a test ride so that you can finalise.
If you like the all time classic look unicorn 150cc is still a really good bike. Unicorn 160 has bit more power and has a modern look compared to unicorn 150.

Luckily i got the 2015 model which is 14.5 bhp and 14.6nm torque and is quite powerful.Also retardation during high speed is excellent.

I had the same probs use motul 7100 10w40...gear shifting problem is solved...also use addon with indian oil petrol wonderful performance.

Seating comfort is fine but it’s better to not go for unicorn 160 as of today because Honda has stopped its production.
