What wallclips you use, dont see them here in Belgium
Ruben is a real character... He's got an excellent sense of humor.
Reubens appraisal: what have you found most beneficial?
Reuben: I know how to ‘have a break with Kit Kat’
That’s what a food item is for a break. Hence the name.
Another brilliant vid from the father and son dream team 😂 Great that Reuben can be left alone to do so much himself 👍 However you left us hanging on the crucial sandwich question - what culinary delights were served up?!
Jordan is very lucky to have these pair
A little sad we never got to see what was for lunch! 😂. Great video as always gents!
my lord i never thought i could fall in love with a channel this much so amazing
Thanks a lot
Reuben is my favorite! Keep kicking butt and taking names!
‘Type-A RCBO’s’ strictly speaking does not provide protection from DC components on the AC supply, the TypeA RCD will trip when there is a DC component on the supply, it’s important because the DC component can saturate the RCD protection magnetic cores and effectively render them useless. An effect also known as ‘blinding’ and could either prevent the RCD from operating or reduce the sensitivity resulting in a dangerous situation. So Type-A RCD’s improve protection in the presence of DC supply components from typically EV chargers.
Exactly! I think it was a mis-speak situation.
Interesting why is it that type A RCBO's aren't as effective as Type A RCD's? I know that an RCBO protects against residual currents and that RCBO's have the above plus over current protection.
Is there any reference to this? I'd like to learn a little more 👍🏼.
@@rayc1503 there will (should) be no difference between an RCBO and RCD in terms of protection from unbalanced current and hence an Earth / Fault leakage, but some brands of RCBO proved to be unreliable when they were released for sale, gaining a reputation for offering worst protection or frequent false trips, brands such as Hager were good from the start. They should both pass testing at identical levels.
👍
It's a poor man's Timtam Slam if you've only got a KitKat. You can also get pretty good results with a penguin (I go diagonals) but if you can get hold of genuine Australian Timtams, it's another level
GFCI in the US. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter. Great Video Corey! Keep up the good work!
A bit of a tip...put the putty on the outside of the vehicle to stop the water from coming in.
If that tape measure trick works with cordial cherries or bon-bons then it would be a huge seller!
Is that more EV-Ultra™ that we see? Good to see you're using it safely in the rain!
We do the Kit Kat straw thing with Tim Tams down under 🇦🇺🇦🇺
I bought a cheap lidl parkside inspection camera for such issues. Just makes it easier to check what's behind a wall
2:45 once again expert drilling from the "Artisan Angle Drilling Company" 😎
6:25 A Reuben sandwich perhaps? 8:40 a Kit Kat version of a Tim Tam slam...
08:23 Cory/Ruben you need to try this with an Aussie 'Tim Tam', it's heaven!
Tim Tams are the best!
I ate so many of them both times when I visited.
Polyurethane sealant is the best thing to seal vans. Not that you should, looks like Fords fault.
Yeah, looks like Ford's fault, but just a Duct Tape on the top of the van could've made it easier to deal with.
the Artisan dynamic duo get the job done ( Cory and Reuben ) great banter and work guys
Yep Reisser screws every time. Far more expensive than the cheapest, but worth it, even prefer them to Spax.
With my First Responder hat on, I once had a diabetic patient on the floor legs in the air in a church hall foyer, I fed Maltesers to them that I nicked off the raffle prize table. I’ll pack a tape measure in my bag for the next time I save a life with a malted ball.
Hi
The apprentice is learning fast and is not shy Infront the camera.
Question for anyone when did red and black twin and earth change from white PVC to grey.
Thanks
Wow.what a team. Absolutely quality. Perfect installation .set of characters. 👍
culinary delights with the right bread a pasty sandwhich is the best
I’m getting my Andersen A2 fitted next week with acacia finish which that is what that, I’m keen to see how it gets fitted.
You can do the same straw trick with a twix!
Also what happened to the sandwiches?
The best channel on UA-cam, carry on with the great videos !!!!!!
Thanks so much
Tool of the day. Maltesers dispenser for the win. 👍
Not an electrician, but love the channel.
Great bid guys. Grand job
The Kit Kat straw is top notch. The other one equally as delicious is the penguin straw. Bit one top corner and the opposite corner. Works a treat.
Opposite bottom corner!
Another excellent install- Reuben don’t let Cory corrupt you with his dietary shenanigans 😉👌👏👏👏
So good you a great job but always have fun when you are doing it.
Keep up the good work Cory and Reuben. until the next time.
I make my kids lunch boxes too! Your a real good dad Cory! 😂
RCD in Dutch: aardlekschakelaar, which translates directly to earthleakswitch 😂
(from the country that brought you ‘ant-fucker’ and ‘peanut cheese’ 🥲)
what’s the reason for Anderson removing the built in type A ? Seems like a step backwards but surely a good explanation for it ?
We heard the on board electronics are non compliant with the BS standard for RCDs.
I've never seen a man eat like Cory
1:38 Poo pie Tuesdays, don't want to go there 😆😆😆
Just for Cory:
In South Africa we call RCDs an Earth Leakage switch.
Fuse board we call a DB (distribution board).
Oh and traffic lights are called robots.
In case you ever visit.
Just want to confirm the kit-kat trick works on Tunnocks caramel wafers. Because this is important information.
Sometimes the bits cant handle it. Ruben is a thin armed genius
The KitKat hack is best with a twirl. The inner chocolate bits melt from the heat of the coffee 🤤
As usual entertaining and informative video I am just on my way to make a coffee to try the kitkat straw trick. OH NO THE KITKATS HAVE ALL BEEN ROBBED.
That’s bad
There use to be a chocolate bar by Cadburys called Spira, now that made a great straw. Sadly discontinued in 2005. 😁
Try using a Twix
Welcome to Peterborough! :)
Time to upgrade the Kit Kat trick by using a Twix 😂
Black screws I think look so much better with cleats. Good video though.
I love that coffee trick using Tim Tams and hot chocolate.
Get 2 10000 soon boys my bet?
100000
100000
Hi Cory. Love the content. Just watched the Kit Kat coffee straw demo with Ruben. 10/10. I recommend you try the same using a “Breakaway” biscuit, ideally when they have been in the fridge
Great video
One thing to mention…
You know what you said about getting the work done in one day…. That will never happen if you are just talking constantly. But, overall great work.
11:14 Why didn't you finally clip the cable behind the stuff on the wall as initially planned?
Yep. I have to strongly agree, those Andersen chargers do look rather smart. I know they are very expensive but I think the overall design is worth that extra money. 👍👍👍👍
Agreed pay more for better products
Agreed, a good design but they don't have all the built in tech that some others do such as Zappi and Hypervolt to name but two.
I have known about the chocolate biscuit straw for years.
2:12 you can have your consumer unit that close to water point in UK?
Another great vid...hey the Kit-Kat straw works with gin ... just got to try the Malteeser slide next 👍👍
Where was the lunch reveal lol? “Try to go abit deeper” lol did Ruben have a shave? Lol
Cory its liquid sunshine. Well done Boys!
when drilling outside, its best idea to drill on the middle of the brick not the edge, as it breaks it.
Cool videos, Thanks for making them.
Why not get a cheap small boroscope camera as they come really small and long for dirt cheap.
Can even get them waterproof for a couple $$ more.
Rieser screws are the dogs nuts but they are also expensive if your buying in small amounts. only screw i will use
Are you sure, charger needs an RCD Type A ( Typ A is the "normal" one, Standard., the old one Type AC is outdated for new installations.
Charger needs an Typ B which protects on pure DC also.
But most times there ist an Type B protection in the wallbox itself, then you need only an Type A for the supply line.
Good work
It’s called the Tim Tam slam!!
Whatever that is
@@smuckelectical3067 Tim Tams are Aussie biscuits, a bit like Penguins 😉
Never found out what Reuben made for lunch?
Do the biscuit straw thing with a twix. Immense.
You and reuben are class . For a young lad he is dead pan. You are very amusing. Only watch ones with you 2 on tho ha ha
Ruben should be at college
@@smuckelectical3067 I think he still does a Paper Round.
Kit Kat Straw… It’s even better with a Penguin Bar!!!
Lol
When i dip my kitkat in my coffey i get 5 faces looking at me like wtf are you dowing
Sometimes the “bits” just can’t handle it - never a truer word a man has said.
Nice tip with the kit kat and coffee 😎
Try a Twix instead of a kitkat its another level
You get a like for the "Culinary Delights" segment.
Try the Kit Kat straw trick with a chunky Kit Kat
Great team work hard! Very funny you tried drinking your hot chocolate through a KitKat straw. Thumbs up! Cheers!
Another great video!
Thanks again!
I really enjoyed the bit where you didn’t show us what you had for lunch!
Great that you’ve released Andersen chargers need upstream type A RCDs - have you upgraded the jobs where you didn’t fit one?
*Realised
What is the record length for a Malteaser run down a tape measure Cory? 😂😂
Maybe 24 hours? An estimate would be good.
I don't know about Reuben, but you're going to get a ton of viewers now out buying kit-kats and making them fat. That includes me :)
Haha
Great video as always. I think the tool of the day should be the roll of duct tape! Will allow them to fix the hole in the van! Maybe black gaffer tape would blend in better on the van! ⛈🤦♂️😎
Try that with the Rocky bar 😋👍🏻
GFCI - Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
Good job guys
Awesome content people. I look forward to the hot tub installation 😉👍.
same man it’s my house i can’t wait
Great video 😎
Great video guys but, where's the eye protection whilst using the drill. We only get one set of eyes.
We need that lunch reveal
I agree
Great video lads! Just wondering where I could find the cable spool stands you have at 4:13? If have a link that be great! Cheers from Ireland 🇮🇪 👍
amzn.to/3ED34dS
This guy knows all the hacks lol (the kit Kat one )
Sometimes the bits just can’t handle it 🤣
Another great video boys well done 👍, only thing i would say is it always looks like Cory does all the work (not saying Ruben doesn't do anything) but can we get alittle bit of Ruben doing thing's and talking from an apprentice point of view if poss ? Just im in training at the min and would prob help me out too seeing from his point of view on how he is on the tools thank you..
Spax is the king of fixings 😉
Generally, yes. But they still snap
Plug with CT1
Does the Anderson have pen fault protection?
Do the Anderson still provide the >6ma DC detection device when your using type A rcds?
Another great video!! Hiya Corey!!
Thanks!
just wondering if anybody can help me out, I’m looking for some power tools (Drills), I was just wondering if somebody could point me in the right direction, of what’s brands too get.
Cheers
Depends what your budget is but Hilti are the best
I have some Hilti gear. Most of my powertools are Milwaukee and Festool. I used to be a Dewalt fan but since Stanley, Black & Decker brought it. The quality just isn't there.
Do you always get offered coffee/tea from the customer or do you bring your own?
Great content agin guys 👍🏻 enjoying the channel
Glad you enjoy it!
