Well, there are various hacks and mods of the game. Also, there's Captain Tsubasa 3, 4, 5, and Captain Tsubasa J on the SNES. There's also the Captain Tsubasa on PS2 and GC. I can give you a link to the Captain Tsubasa 2 Mods/Hacks if you'd like. As well as the names of the others.
