The last 3 years or so it’s a half year thing for me. I make my player everyone quits so then I’m struggling to find a squad without group posts or social media reach outs, so I quit. Months later the boys will realize they wanna play then we end up playing for about 4-6 months. 19-21 I had 7-10 builds a year. Even last year I still had 11 builds and yes I’m aware you can’t make that many, I deleted one or two…. A lot of people lose the passion, but if you love basketball it’s truly hard to quit playing or feeding the 2k team. No matter how much I hate the game, or how much anyone else does, I wanna hoop🤔 even if I don’t want to the first 6 months or so. I played 170 rec games this season, more then the previous 6 combined and yet, I spent $100 and made two new builds when I told myself I’m only gonna have one this year since the enjoyment is low. The worst part is, spending money is enjoyment. Most people can’t enjoy it without constantly making and grinding new players or my team.
So sad to see this game lose all its merit, value and most of all the total loss of the community. We all absolutely loved this franchise as a generation it was where passionate basketball fans came together to enjoy the game in their own home and vs friends and members of the community in online competition both in my career and my team. Today we see my casino, a gambling addicts dream where you can spend exhorbirant amounts of money with deplorable odds to the point where you would be better visiting an actual casino and by a significant margin. As a community it’s time to band together and stop playing this game, Don’t buy 2k25 and stand together as a community until we the players get what we want. A game where you can play with your favourite player or at the very least earn your way to using your favourite players and have the devs and 2k team listen to the communities desires to create a storyline and pathway through my team that provokes enjoyment and satisfaction with the game experience. Bring back 2k20-2k22 experience, that was the sweet spot!
Nba2k will not be saved … it’s simply just reality that the game will stay on it’s same trajectory 💯 the only hope is a new basketball gaming franchise … which can happen
I did the playoffs round 2 challenges for Aaron Gordon and had 27 points 2 blocks 1 off rebounds and 2 blocks and then they kicked me out saying my internet connection was bad but it was at its best pls help 😭
Can we bring back getting drafted in mycareer instead of just picking your team. Also being able to sign a multi year contract instead of signing a one year 850 vc a game every off-season. Maybe add a supermax contract as a way to be rewarded for sticking with the team you were drafted to

The fact that I didn't even know when the next season starts says alot. I ONLY looked forward to it for the animations which as of late has barely been mediocre. Not gonna bash it much because we all have a choice to play or nt play the game but I'm glad they have been so consistently mediocre.. makes it easier to not invest much into 2k25
