India judiciary is one of the best, despite flaws in the lower courts. In USA judiciary is completely politicized, that's why TRump gets fine notice of USD 400 million and OJ simpson goes scot free. Recently, our Supreme court has given many land mark judgement, more against government and some for government. Our collegium system of recruitment has kept the judiciary fair and neutral. Look at Julian Assange's imprisonment at UK super security jail, first they cooked up rape charges when that was defeated they brought another charge on behalf of USA and the UK judiciary just like puppet complying to the wish of USA.
Some of our Best lawyers are taking cases from alleged corrupt politicians, well that's the prerogative of a lawyer but then this lawyers also don the hat of politician, where they are expected to preach morality, represents scam tinted politicians of poor taste.

India is losing the democratic values. Most of the judges are not exception. There are many examples where these retired judges have examples! As a country we have lost value. Senior Advocates such as Harish Salve, Mahesh Jethmalani etc have openly expressed their political affiliations and have already destroyed the great respect a common man just about a decade ago was having with these custodians of law. The current establishment has created an environment of luring post retirement lure. The calcutta high court judge's resignation and immediately joining the ruling establishment will raise strong doubts among the common man as to how this honorable judge would have been most likely biased, without application of judicial balance in delivering various judgements during his tenure! This is very alarming. The country's democracy, peoples trust now depends on two establishments, the Judiciary and the military. Any dent to these independence and integrity will destroy the nation. The CJI has a very critical role to play here. Fortunately for us, he seems very balanced and professional while delivering his judgement and advising the other lower court judges in various forums. Hope the sanity prevails and the nation is saved in very hostile circumstances. Jai Hind 🇮🇳
Also note, single person can't oppose a big gang. So we need to stand with our Hon'ble CJI. He was ready to help us in EVM issue, sometime back itself. Didn't Sir hint asking us to hit streets demanding justice. Had we, he would have taken EVM case.

Their first target must be Supreme Court Bar Association for their latest initiative and criticism on banning of Electoral Bonds. That was truly a demeaning attempt. Our Judiciary especially Supreme Court of India is working under acute pressure.

These judges are Andha Bhakt who had served their master to fullest extent & now like to follow same path after retirement. They don't feel disturbed for innocent 16 intellectuals are under jail on false cases under UAPA, but they are worried for judgement on electoral bond.

Judiciary should not become a tool of the opposition parties in democracy to revive themselves for political gains and that too when the opposition parties are under severe scrutiny of voters in the democracy. Few advocates who are members of political parties holding sway on court functions is apparent now, such as opening of court door to facilitate their cases . These feeling of suppression of democracy by Courts is the reason for this awakening call by several judges retired or in service elsewhere. Parliament, which is eyes and ears of people, should take the matter seriously for survival of democracy.
Chandrachudji won't give any importance to these retired judges. They are acting on behalf of Modi Shah.

Judges cannot be so opaque in saying something.

It is an absolute shame that many of our people have lost their integrity, honesty, shame and principles. The line between the above and corruption, robbery, falsehood, maligning honest people, and honoring rapists and criminals has been eroded to such a degree that today people consider everything to be normal and are too scared to be attacked if they disagree. If this is permitted to continue , we will fall into an abyss from which we will never be able to recover! India is a great nation, and we have to steer away from this path.

First time supreme court is not under influence of any political party
When judiciary have polar opposite views from high court to supreme court based on the same book of law. It begs the question of wth is going on? In a lot of decisions SC is seen to completely undermine and criticise the judgments passed as ridiculous at lower courts.
When people can see that live debates in courts with exact similar conditions brings all variable results. When despite the warning of court institutions violate decorum and given no punishment. When the natural order of justice is not being followed for common masses. People will criticise. Judiciary is not a monarchy. They need to be seen doing justice through logical reasoning and not according to their own mood.
Lawers do have a very stressful job. It is a very heavy responsibility job and when despite democratic institutions being undermined by government courts are seen to not act to regulate it, I don’t think judiciary has any right to act like a dictator themselves.
All these old retired judges seem to act like gone era teachers. Heavy habded approach to criticism. Just because judiciary is independent it doesn’t mean it is above criticism of people. How can you prove that all critics are politically financed?
If they really cared about judiciary these people would criticise government openly and suggest reforms to solve justices going to Join politics taking early retirement.

Why now only these 21 retired judges& 600 advocates have waken up all of a sudden after the Supreme Court declared the Electoral Bonds as unconstitutional in which the ruling BJP has been caught openly after failing attempts to influence the SBI to postpone submitting the details until the elections are complete.
Now the time has come for the Supreme Court to take Suo Moto stand to bring PM Care fund under RTI & catch the culprits where enormous public money has been used without public notice and also to ban changing parties by elected political leaders from one party to the other mostly into the party in power BJP & BJP giving a free pass to them & removing all the ED CBI cases which were them on before shifting to BJP…
To protect democracy& constitution Supreme court needs to be firm. The abolishing of Electoral Bonds is the 1st step in this direction and much more to be done by Supreme Court by Suo Moto if required. Then only good name will come to the judiciary as the 4th pillar of democracy …

If any judge threats "We will rip you apart" then people can also threat them. Many instances show judges comments and action which are not beyond question e.g. Nupur sharma, Tista sitalvad, pavan khera. Latest one is threatening Ramdev.

Whichever money received through Electoral Bonds must be confiscated by Supreme Court of India and given to Consolidated Fund of India
Six months prior to general elections , Government must be handed over to an interim care-taker and ruling party should contest with other parties on a level playing ground
Judiciary by its procedure and actions has become archaic. It doesnot cater to the needs of a developing society. How much money spent to expedite the disposal of pending cases? Nothing happened. Let the higher courts keep silent and dispose the pending appeals. Judicial appointments in higher courts should be overhauled. Judiciary shall cooperate with government to bring in Indian Judicial Service.

In Indian Democracy scenario multiple junctions private social think tanks to religious, media and many more the laws never be affected to its best performance, regards forever.
When congress party in 1970s talked about committed judiciary it was for the good of poor people because top judiciary was in favour of moneyed people and was a stumbling block for introducing laws that improved conditions of downtrodden people. Today it’s different. Policies are made for rich industrialists.
Why should judges be under pressure,, they give judgement based on evidence and as per law. Only difference now is since hearing goes online, the top advocates monopoly become restricted and thus hue and cry. But CJI is great and not moved by government or opposition as naration is being tried to be created.

They should ban judges and lawyers to join the political parties permanently. If they found they joined any political party, their permit to practice the law should be banned
I expect these Complaining judges could not hold the real hand of pressure. Seeing one example where a day before, a learned judge was worried for the career of a politician above70 Yrs. As CJI says , be loyal to constitution and not a any poltical party . Especially to people like gangopadhyay, Gogoi and many other judges who are sent to rajsabha after retirement or in some case resign b4 their tier and how down to power
