Hi Vishal, great to see you visiting our Karnataka...but I think it would have been heavenly scenic if you have visited in monsoon..and off-roading would have been whole another level..You need to plan Karnataka seperately as it offers you best diversified landscapes and places...Coorg in monsoon is absolute heaven, what you just saw in Mandalpatti is hardly 20-30% of scenic what we see in mansoon..
Try off-roading in Kodachadri in monsoon, you will never be disappointed.. ofcourse there are lot more off-roading trails.

Jog falls, Agumbe view point, Sakaleshpura, Bisile view point, Kumara parvata
Kabini where you witness lush green and a well-protected bio diversity
Chikkkamagaluru - Baba budan giri, Mullayyanagiri, Jahri falls, Bandajje-Arbi falls
Kudremukha, Mallalli falls, Shivana samudra, Tadiyandamol Mysore palace
And if you love to witness cultural heritage of Karnataka...Hampi, Badami, Pattadakallu, Aihole, Beluru, Halebeedu, Somanathpura.
