The charges against this kid in any other setting would have him charged with disorderly conduct and wilful damage. Neither would have seen this kind of penalty. With all the inflamed rhetoric this kid of course is pleading guilty as theyve told him you do it at the first opportunity and you'll get half the sentence knocked off . I'm not surprised he doesn't have proper legal representation.
Shouldn’t that open up a claim against his human rights? It seems unfair that a kid should be politicised to shut down people speaking out against what is happening in this country.

It's quite obvious that the pressure to make guilty pleas and the long sentences are intended to intimidate British citizens. There will be bad people and good people getting sentenced, but this is a political process, not the normal law taking its course.

If you're caught with a knife, sword, zombie knife etc you're arrested and in court within a week and in prison 20 years for carrying, 40 years for wounding with intent and life without parole for murder. If you're under the age of 18, you serve the first part in a young offenders and once you're 18, you're shipped straight off to prison to serve the rest.
I haven't seen any arrests of the followers of the cult for carrying knives, they're are just told to " leave them at the mosque " , are they exempt or is it due to two tier policing ?
