Doesn't matter how well or how often you clean it. One drive with your windows open and the dashboard will get covered in dust.
That's why whenever you're driving alone or have just another person with you and you want to drive with windows down, do so with the rear windows not the front ones. That way you have less chance of collecting dust on your dashboard. However, opening rear windows increases wind drag on your car, affecting the mileage

Use good polish which not leave oil and dust can be removed by simple dry microfiber cloth
Mix small amount of shampoo. With very less amount of water in jug. Create foam manually and use only foam with sponge and do all this stuff you will get same result.

Use Ezee that are used to clean woolen make foam out of it but remember take only foam which is above rather than water which sits down foam, use any socks to apply fowm and than clean with microfiber cloth

To compare, you should have cleaned one side with foam cleaner and other side with just microfiber cloth. This is comparing a cleaned surface with an uncleaned surface!

Do not use any chemical products inside of car. They contain harmful chemical. Simply wash with wet cloth. Use water+cloth to clean. Avoid 3M products inside of car.

The laws in India are not strict. You must NEVER touch 3M products or any such cheap cleaning, servicing products (inhalable, ingestible).
I strictly tell car servicing guy NOT to use any chemical polisher inside of car. There is even no need to clean AC ducts every now and then. You already have AC pollen filter. Just turn on fans at full speed.
