I Visited The WORST Supported Club in England's 6th Tier

- I Travelled to Peterborough Sports in England's 6th Tier (National League North) to see what a match day experience is like. £18 for an Adult match ticket for the 6th tier - What are your thoughts?
To back up the title, it is averaged as the worst in the division in both the National League North & South (293) - Taking into consideration that Farsley Celtic are not playing at there home stadium & are going through some big issues.

Bury town or we riot
Lad come down to Kidderminster some time class facilities class food class footy all in the vanarama north
Watch Maidenhead
Altrincham:)
Was class to meet you there mate. Looking forward to the video at Edgar street. Up the Hereford ⚫️⚪️
Love how Hereford fans mostly wear the same shoes. Enjoyed meeting them at the deva this season
The club rarely gets any breaks with clashes with Posh home games. Price is definitely off putting too. But in a city of 250k, we should still be getting better crowds.
The reason for the pricing is because clubs get no support from the fa so when you spend the money you know it’s going in to the club. On my channel I do alot of non league matchday vlogs
I suppose the question is; is it to high that it will put people off from going? whereas if it was £5 cheaper, you could see an increase in gate sales? then food sales / club shop etc
@ to be fair that is a really good point £13 wouldn’t be bad and also with some non league clubs the food is spot on and worth the money but love the video and that your shining light on non league as I do in my videos
Trial a cheaper ticket for two home games, even £12-14, bigger gate bigger revenue. Great little stadium that is. Terrace behind the goal is class.
Josh bloody love your videos! I'd say £18 is reasonable - they're in the 6th-tier, one league below the fully-pro 5th tier - the whole point is they're trying to reach a fully professional league. Even if London Road is full, there are still more than 200,000 in Inner Peterborough alone to go to PSFC - who only hold 1,500.
That's the other thing - people don't want to pay to watch a game under no roof, but they need the ticket money fo get a roof made. It's a Catch-22
Anyway, love the vids mate, I'm an OG subscriber of more than 5 years
It costs me £16 admission £1.20 for a bovril hotdog under £3 15:10 plus diesel for around trip of 240 miles from Blackpool to Annan athletic and that's third tier Scottish football and totally enjoy the experience..
Greet video josh just gotta come to the Edgar street in hereford now just for the floodlights and the atmosphere love josh
£18 for a 6th tier adult?! Charlton are in League One and they are £25 a ticket! Lovely video!
100% come to Edgar street. Beefy boys for some grub then a very short walk to the ground. Meadow end is a must. Coyw!
Visit Edgar Street home of Hereford FC! Cracking atmosphere in the meadow end and expectational floodlights
Hereford should definitely be next on the list...one of the best non league atmospheres, decent number of fans and pure nostalgia at Edgar Street. 100% worth going to.
As a harriers fan, always get a nice friendly welcome there, decent beer, one of the nicer away days in NLN to be fair.
Respect to those Hereford fans!
@fusionjosh Great vid Josh. You need to come back to Scunthorpe, we must have one of the best attendances in the league, we had 3,156 on Tuesday night
Yes but Scunthorpe doesn't belong to National League North.
@@georgiosbanakos1020 do you believe we belong higher?
Another solid video really liking this series!
Bracknell Town of course… 🔴⚪️💪
I would love for you to come to my hometown of South Shields. Great little setup, wembley finals recently and the only place that will house Sunderland and Newcastle fans together to support one team haha
Southport definitely need a visit, not playing great at the moment. But they’re a decent club. Worth it to watch Danny Lloyd alone, unreal player.
Jesus wept! I am now so old-and used to watch Aldershot/Reading as the two local league clubs nearest to me-that I can remember clearly Southport winning the 4th Division title(as well as getting de elected)and Hereford winning the 3rd Division title! I even remember Workington as a league side. I feel like a museum.
@ you’ve got a footy knowledge that needs to be shared!!
Stockport fan here, absolutely love Danny Lloyd.
good video as always!
Appreciate that! Thank you!
Great vid mate, love ur vids, u gotta come visit us at Hereford fc, you really cannot beat our ground, very old and you can tell, old turnstiles and floodlights. And the fan are top notch. And you gotta go in the meadow end. Coyw
This is real genuine footy
If you're in London then Hendon are a decent setup. Or wingate and finchley, art deco main stand and all
Has to be a huge transition from Germany and the 2 Bundesliga and the National League North. Not just the difference between the stadiums but the quality of the game. The comparison is pretty clear, but both are better than sitting at home.
ticket prices stayed the same tho, so thats nice
Great video. Hideous pricing for National League North. That burger and chips looked horrible, at ten pounds that’s taking the Mickey
I used to work with Ronnie Radford, who Hereford fans will remember for his goal against Newcastle. A real gent was Ronnie, and a proper old school tradesman.
Great video. Would bf awesome if you visited Swindon Supermarine before the end of the season. Will be interesting to see what you think of the club & facilities etc.
Was toying with a trip to Peterborough sports at some point.Think this has firmly put that idea to bed.
What about a local trip to Walsham le Willows?
A village team in the Thurlow nunn league.
I’m a Brackley fan and if it was on then you would of loved it there
Jarrod Bowen’s Uncle is the groundsman at Hereford.
And the pitch is always immaculate.
What a video ❤👏🏼👏🏼
If you come to Hereford make sure you go in the meadow end to watch the game.
And get yourself a beefy boys whilst your here, your thank me later 😉
Should do the Peterborough sports vs kings Lynn game on your return visit that is one not to be missed
I think u should go to Scarborough vs Darlington in Scarboroughs last game of the season , its always a good atmosphere
Come to Matlock town fc, incredible view of riber castle from the stadium and a very nice ground in a very nice place too
yeees, I really need to visit! I'll try visit soon ish!
Hednesford Town might be a decent trip for you. Really good ground for the level. I think you'd be impressed.
Really nice looking ground. Sports keeper Peter Crook is Pretty Good ex Harrogate Railway, Harrogate Town and Boston United.
Great video mate should come to a Worcester city game
They used to play in blue and yellow, but they changed the colours the other season to be “more unique” or something like that
£18 is not ridiculous. It costs a lot to run a club and they need to pay the bills somehow. I bet you don't balk when you pay £6 for a pint or £14 for a burger and chips in a pub
I would
Come to Hendon FC at Sliver Jubilee Park in NW London, decent ground, interesting history and nice foods! 😊
Ive heard that petersborough has got some passion in their club! Would u go to Bristol City Vs Petersborough? that would be great to see from you! 😁
City? Did we get promoted last season would of loved it lmao
I wouldn’t go too often to any ground at that level if it was £18, reduce the prices and increase the attendance as a result I reckon.
Swindon supermarine is worth a visit. Good friendly welcoming club. Seen you have done swindon town so you could tick the other swindon club off!
If a Step 2 club were to charge £10/12 on an average crowd of under 300 then safe to say the players wages alone would not be paid.
You ought to have more of an understanding and appreciation of the outgoings of clubs.
Totally did understand! But if they reduced that price to 15, could have attracted more people which then drives the numbers up even further
Perhaps try Wingate & Finchley next?
Kings Lynn are even more expensive! Ridiculous for this level of football.
I've always been fascinated about Braintree Town for some reason. Can you go there?
I support St Albans City we average 1700 and we’re in the bottom 4 of NLS.
I went to Peterborough Sports when they were in step 6, a lot of work has been done on the ground, it had to be!
You need to go to Kidderminster harriers, well supported club went there with my team the other week n great atmosphere
I would love to go!!
@@fusionjoshyou should do it! It’s an amazing atmosphere all the way from the away end aswell, I know they’ve got a good game of scunthorpe soon
U should visit a club called worthing fc there in the national league south and average a 3000 attendance and it has a really good atmosphere and adults are £17
Really cool video
Please go to a hull city away game. Atmosphere is so good
Great vid good time at Chorley hope you enjoyed thw coke
Great vid josh. Come to Southend United, Hornchurch FC and Dagenham redbridge. Good support base 👍
I really need to visit Dagenham and Hornchurch - Visited Southend a few times!
Great to hear, hope too see it soon.
Come to Droylsden FC weve got the best floodlights ever haha they never ever go out lol 😅 and our food is super cheap.....not haha but we do have one of the best fan bases and atmospheres in the none league 😊
You have got to go to scunthorpe vs chester could be over 8000 there biggest game left in the national league north both clubs in the fight for promotion u don't want to miss it!!!
It's £14 to get into Ilkeston town, £15 for Alfreton, £6 for Heanor Town... £18 might not be that bad...
I guess youve not been to many National North grounds? Why? I think you will find £18 would be the av cost.Your food costs,im guessing £5.50 burger,£2.50 chips,£1.50 drink.About the same costs of many non league clubs.
Hey Josh you planning to go brackley kiddy when it’s rearranged
1:36 as a posh fan i say it all the time 😂
Can you come to Doncaster vs Grimsby (it’s at Doncaster stadium)
I'll see what I can do!
if you make it could you try go in the away end
One step below the National League where you get charged £20 by most clubs, so £18 isn't too bad. Go to Barnet or Southend and you'll pay even more. At a Premier League ground you'd pay about 15 quid for that food. I'd say you had a cheap night out.
Just comparing it to my away tickets paying £30 for premier league football BUT of course despite what I say I always understand why they charge what they do 😅
@fusionjosh why you didn’t published the Roma Lazio derby????
Need to do Merthyr Town average gate over 1,000 top of the league🤍⚽️🏴
Bound to be a .low attendance when Posh at home on same night.
Come to Loughborough Dynamo it's free entry or Loughborough FC it's £3 to get in
Go to Twente Bodo, last evening was spectaculus!
Go to Basingstoke Town FC ( their old ground was taken from them called The Camrose which held around 6000 fans)
They now are in a stadium owned by Hampshire’s FA based in Winklebury
Come down to Edgar street in the meadow end best terrace in football
Come Darlington marine on 8th February
Why not try St Albans City?
you coming to the reschedule game for brackley?
I'll see if the fixture falls into place schedule wise!
Come to Bury Town COYB 💙🤍
9.50 for burger chips and a drink is decent mate.
It dosent help when sports and posh are both at home on the same day and all the other local non league sides
Come to the vale and take in a Wealdstone game
i go to yate town fc and they are in the 8th teir and charge £12 so for a 6th teir game i dont think £18 is to much
can you go to chester vs kiddy 11th feb, its a close game both teams are close on the table, chesters top of the nln at the minute and kiddy are 3rd
You need to come to Royston Town
100% on the list!
York again
a lot has changed since you last came
Rank the fans in the 92 again.
Hereford fan, happy to help if you visit Edgar street
It makes me laugh you can criticise peterborough sports etc BUT you eat at a Gregg's. I agree though £10 to £12 max UTP depending
£18 is cheap for 6th tier
Have you been to Hampton & Richmond's Beveree Stadium?
Chester would a good choice
People need to stop normailsing being ripped off. £18 for NLN is scandalous. Macclesfield in the Northern Prem are similar. It's a joke.
Gutted you couldn't make Brackley!
I will have a chance to return, do not fear!
I’ll give u a sub even tho ur a Brighton fan
Go to FC Hartlepool (not Hartlepool Utd) they play in the northern league division 2
March town fc next
Visit Grimsby V Carlisle next Saturday
Yes please do Carlisle fans will make some noise 👍🏼
Unfortunately busy next weekend!
@@fusionjosh ok 👍🏼
@@fusionjosh Barrow vs Carlisle Thursday night soon
visit Wingate and Finchley
Come to Kidderminster harriers national league north
When u go to Hereford go in the terrace
Community day again for Scunthorpe v Chester in March Josh, run it back?🤔🫣
Greggs and you didn’t ask me are you being serious Josh 😡
South shields way up north
Up the Hereford
Come to retford fc on a Saturday
