- Man, I have had a busy week so it was great to get out for an evening ride in the sun! I also popped into Hayling Bike Night to see what is going on and it is great to see so many people just chilling out and not overly sensitive locals.

I have come to realise that my ability to attend such social gatherings, which was frankly never good, has actually deteriorated significantly and never recovered from lock down. I don’t know how to interact and I am overwhelmed by self consciousness and have to leave. Working from home since is also very much a mixed blessing.
I should arrange a meet for the socially awkward where we wander around aimlessly avoiding any eye contact lest someone should start a conversation or similar nastiness. 😂
Thats crazy numbers but they will all disappear and put their bikes away when they sense a sprinkle of rain 😂
Have you ever been to any other bike nights? 10,000 came to Cassington Bike Night last year in Oxfordshire.
Yes, I used to run the social media for loomies so I was there every week and even held my own meets.
i just started riding a week ago and have L plates and am interested in social meetups, i'll have to keep an eye out for them when the weather is a bit better

You went zooming past my bike so fast! I was in the front row of the main block by the Café. You should have spent more time there...I would have loved to have greeted you!
Was just watching your video where your clutch cable snaps and seen diet coke straped to the back of the bike. That made me think of an idea you could add for new riders. "How to safely strap cargo" one of the things i want to do when i pass my cbt is to be able to go to a sakepark. Would love to know how to properly sucrue somthing down and know the leagl standing of carrying things like that on your bike. Thanks :)

I've not done many bike nights in the past, always seem to play bikes in the day, beer in the eve LOL... but popped over to the Ceasfire Cafe bike night the other evening, going to the West Beach Cafe bike night next week. It is so nice having some funshine again.
