I totally agree! Where i live in America is NOT magical, haha. But I started using these christmas star lamps to make my house feel more Swedish. It really helps! My neighborhood doesn't even do Christmas lights!! Grinches, all of them!! :(

I watched your Christmas tradition videos at the start of November. I fell in love with your paper stars. As we were visiting the UK at the end of November, I begged to go to IKEA to try to find one. On the fireplace, there's a family of tomtar. There's also candles burning, the fire is aglow, and despite the dark, it's so warm and cosy inside.

I love watching your Christmas videos watched the ones from last year periodically. Your decorations are lovely, very organic. I appreciate you sharing your Christmas traditions with us through your videos. We don’t decorate much as is the norm here in Canada but we do have a massive tree that draws you in immediately you open the door. It is really our only decoration. Maria, lovely to hear from you again and see you looking so well. Some of those decorations are so timelessly Swedish.... wonderful! Thanks for sharing and have a Lovely Christmas time.
Hey Maria, as much as I can enjoy really packed decorated houses like in the US, I also love your kind of minimalist decoration, it feels so much intimate. To be honest, it's been a few years since I'd like to find 3 scandinavian Xmas decoration I like : the straw goat (don't ask me why, I like it xD ), the star (I saw some at Ikea and I buy stuff from there but, I don't know, I don't want to buy this there as everybody) and the candle carousel (I also would like to find second hand or from a small shop but not some huge online store), that they could be a little more personal, so I continue my search :) P.S. So lovely the image with Doris and Magda on the armchair next to the fire place ^_^
Your videos are a calming, restful treat. I love your paper stars! The music on this video is awesome, she reminds me of Barbra Streisand so much of the time! Thank you for sharing your home and your beautiful culture with us all! Shalom!
So lovely. I enjoy watching all your videos so much! I also love the minimalist approach to decorating, some years decorating my tree with nothing more than just white lights. Your table setting, paper ornaments, decorations, and food for the birds, are all so joyful to the heart. Your dogs are adorable too!

god jul, maria! i adore your decorations. they are all timeless and tasteful. i tend to be drawn toward the same style of decorating- natural greenery, candles, simple red, white and green elements. here in america everyone's version of "going all out" tends to be gauty and so distasteful 😅yours is so refreshing! also, when i used to be a nanny, one of the families i worked for had the same exact star in their window! they were italian though, haha. but it was so beautiful! wishing you a warm and joyful holiday season :)

I appreciate you sharing your Christmas traditions with us through your videos. We don’t decorate much as is the norm here in Canada but we do have a massive tree that draws you in immediately you open the door. It is really our only decoration. That and the wreath on the front door. I was thinking of going for a walk to pick up pinecones, trigs and some evergreens to put in a vase, like a bouquet. Haven’t done so yet. 😊. Thank you for reminding me to remember what Christmas really is about. I have been talking about it a lot here with friends and family.
Every single decorations is beautiful. The house looks Cousy
This is so simple and yet - so beautiful and heart warming. We are doing better her in America - we definitely need to take notes from our Swedish neighbors. Thank you so much for sharing.
So lovely Maria! I need to come to Sweden and buy some of those lovely decorations. Wishing you and your husband a GOD JUL from Victoria, British Columbia Canada!
To be honest, it's been a few years since I'd like to find 3 scandinavian Xmas decoration I like : the straw goat (don't ask me why, I like it xD ), the star (I saw some at Ikea and I buy stuff from there but, I don't know, I don't want to buy this there as everybody) and the candle carousel (I also would like to find second hand or from a small shop but not some huge online store), that they could be a little more personal, so I continue my search :)
Shalom!
Very beautiful nice job ! Sweden looks so beautiful. Hope to visit someday
Thank you Karens, warms my heart!
So lovely. I enjoy watching all your videos so much! I also love the minimalist approach to decorating, some years decorating my tree with nothing more than just white lights. Your table setting, paper ornaments, decorations, and food for the birds, are all so joyful to the heart. Your dogs are adorable too!
Puss & kram from India 💝
This is my dream life.
So peaceful.
Such a beautiful, charming way to decorate for Christmas. And you have the snow to add to all the magic that Christmas has to offer.
Your channel came up in a recommendation and I watched immediately. Thank you for the lovely video.
Merry Christmas from U.S.A.!

I love how minimalistic you decorate the house for christmas!❤️ In the Netherlands we also have the paper stars for the windows. Merry christmas!
I love the paper ornaments! And I have one big star in the window as well over here in the Netherlands :)
And a third Dutch person here who has a paper star in the window :)
I like it travel
How simply beautiful. Your decorations are so different and so simple which I love. Thank you for sharing. 😊😊😊😊🐱🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
I love the star lights, wish you would add them to your online offerings.
I love all the white candles and the treats for the birds! I wish I could purchase the paper stars somewhere locally. And, as usual, your vlog was beautifully produced. God Jul, my dear, to you and your family. XO
god jul, maria! i adore your decorations. they are all timeless and tasteful. i tend to be drawn toward the same style of decorating- natural greenery, candles, simple red, white and green elements. here in america everyone's version of "going all out" tends to be gauty and so distasteful 😅yours is so refreshing! also, when i used to be a nanny, one of the families i worked for had the same exact star in their window! they were italian though, haha. but it was so beautiful! wishing you a warm and joyful holiday season :)
I love your vlogs. The music, your home, your decorations, and heartfelt comments are making me want to move to Sweden. Thank you. 💕
