As a disabled person I can tell you toxic positivity is the worst. There may be people worse off, but that doesn't make things any easier. All it does is minimise what that person is going through making them feel isolated.
Also with the toxic positivity, do you hear alot of- try changing your diet, everything's connected to your gut, you need to just get more sun and get out of bed and exercise (hard when I have nerve issues and am in severe chronic pain unable to leave my bed), essential oils, you take too many medications they're what's causing your disease/illnesses/syndromes... You just have adrenal fatigue it sounds like... It seems like everyone thinks these bs cures will fix me, when they don't even know all of my dx, and you'd think if any of those dumb barely even holistic things worked, 1 of my many specialists would've said, it's worth a shot
