In a really bad depressive slump and have been in bed all day. But then I saw that Michelle uploaded and I actually cried. Thank you! Thank you for the little bouts of comfort .
When I'm in a slump, I notice God is trying to teach me something or have me face something that needs to heal. A break down, is a build up. Sometimes my pride is broken down, to show me I'm not all powerful. I can't do everything on my own. I need God, who's my father in Heaven, who loves me and wants to care for me as any parent would, to help me. I ask for strength in those times, because I'm flawed as a person and he created me in my belief, so he knows how to help me be the best I can be, he knows the joys of my heart he wants to give me better than I do. I trust his love is perfect. Scripture it says:
(Matthew 7:11) "If you then being evil (sinful by nature, not fully Holy/perfect in goodness, we're all flawed in this way) know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your father which is in Heaven give good to those who ask him".
God's never guided me wrong, he's always provided what I needed when I asked him for anything in truth.
I never go a day without peace, matter of fact, a recent testimony to this is the fact I was nearly evicted this month. I'm a new mom, with a husband trying to provide with what he can. We were thousands behind on our rent, trying to catch up each month but each month had its own lessons from God. We prayed for God to help us pay our rent fully, because we needed him.
We got the eviction notice and deep down I was actually joyful, God gave me peace in that moment, because I knew this meant he answered our prayers, I knew this was the incentive to get our debt payed. I knew somehow, even though I did not know how, he would help us as he always does.
I was nervous, I didn't know how we would do it, so I prayed in honesty and told God I'm nervous, but I trust in you. It wasn't easy, but each day was a lesson of healing towards today. I even asked God to help us pay it all before the end of the month, and he provided that, he did that. He helped us not just pay our rent off, but pay it all off early.
We made all the money we needed, which was thousands, within maybe 3 weeks and with all the lessons about morality we learned through it, we're better. God sometimes uses hard times, to make us better, to get us to realize we need to turn to Him, because inevitably everything is thanks to Him, in my belief.
And this is just one testimony of how he has provided for us when we turned to him, most recent one and I have an abundance more examples how God always takes care of my family. Leaning on God doesn't always take away the hard times, but he carries us through it and provides us the healing and peace we need to be better for his Glory. He wants us to succeed, and he wants to help, he has so much mercy and love for you, he understands the joys of your heart. Scripture says delight in the Lord and he will give you the joys of your heart- sometimes choosing to delight in God in the small ways saying thank you to him for what we have, will help you see the good in what he has you going through.
This isn't me forcing my beliefs onto you, I can't shove a Bible in your face and tell you to read. But I'm asking you to ask God for help, and you might just see his help and his understanding for what you need help with, either in the way you expected or in the unexpected. I think he wants you to trust in him, I also think he wants you to lean on him, and see the love he has for you as a result.

@@precious3315_ This is a family movie song lol but I love it, because it explains when you lean on God's understanding and not your own for your life, you see the love God has for you and understand your life's purposeful, and can be enjoyed when understanding what God created you uniquely for. Even when times seem hard, it's for the greater good, which I believe is God and this song explains some of the depth of how to live life, at least for me, perfectly.

No matter how successful you get, I can see that you are the same Michelle, very humble and a beautiful heart. Don't ever change and I have no clue how that person said they miss the old Michelle, you're still you and that is truly wonderful to see in this day and age. I have seen other creators start from nothing, being humble and now their channel is booming and you can tell their change in personality and no more humbleness, it's sad to see but I choose not to follow those people. To be honest, I don't think Michelle has changed rather she is just matured and is venturing into the business side of her career. One has the freedom to grow and not just personally but work wise too.

I bought some jewellery from Aurate and N August after seeing the brand on Michelle's channel. It's now almost November and I've yet to have a definite date of when I'll get them. On their website one of the pieces was to be shipped mid September and the other mid October. Now all they can say is we will update when we can. If you want your jewellery soon you shouldn't buy from Aurate.

Why are some people expecting someone to be the same as before? Like "I missed the old you" something. We are all changing everyday. We are exposed to many things that hit us differently and we are growing. You are definitely not the same person as yesterday and imagine the amount of changes you have after months? Years? What is so wrong about not being "the old self"? Do you want to be who you were used to be? I don't want that. Life is indeed dynamic. That's the most wonderful reality anyone should put in their mind.

I am also at that spot in my life right now, and generally dissatisfaction with life or the things I'm doing at the moment. People think that when you are putting yourself out there on the internet that you owe them something. There’s almost this disconnect of seeing the real person vs an Internet personality.
Starting and running a business is hard work. There’s a reason why many businesses fail before even the 1 year mark. We just don’t really hear about those people as much.
I think it’s been amazing to see Michelle grow and navigate through her life from being in Korea to now.

I work at 3 different workplaces at the same time and produce content for my youtube channel to push myself and see how long I can last. I am a graphic designer and although I am very tired, I keep my brain busy. it takes me away from anxiety.
