- Fishing Freaks!! Welcome back to another open water adventure here on Too Fat To Hunt Outdoors! Today I am with Corey and Ryan, and we are vertical jigging for late Winter Walleye and Saugers on the Mississippi River. The flow is strong, and we are using 3/4 ounce hair jigs, tipped with minnows to catch these delicious fish. I enjoy this style of fishing, almost seems like you are ice fishing from a boat!

Look again, there are 2 transducer brackets on there...he uses a flip down ram mount bracket on the boat.
@@TooFatToHuntOutdoors now that makes sense. Fun video. I fish for sauger and walleye below pickwick dam in Tennessee. We have a 15” limit of sauger and 16” on walleye.
@danward2490 nice!...we have 15 on walleye and no limit of sauger...it's a fun bite! Thanks fella..
Oh hell no! Haven't seen a fish big enough that needs netting! Just a waste of time and Bait!
Thanks for watching fella!👍
What you don't realize is any time on the Mississippi you could catch a an absolute hog just like I'm sure you've never caught
@@diehardguide47 amen buddy!!!
@diehardguide47 sorry to disappoint you but, 30" 9.5 lbs on Lake Michigan! Manny Manny more of pics of limits of (5) day after day 3-7 lbs on the Musjegon River! I'm 76 and sure I have much more experience!! Sorry!!!
@@cavalierguy6754your the problem with the fishing community, crazy that your 76 and still act like a child
I take it no size limit on sauger those were tiny
We kept 12 fish that were between 16-17 inches, no big ones....thanks for watching fella!
