Making ravioli from scratch is soooo worth it when you have the time! I make a very similar version using half semolina and half “00” pizza flour for the pasta-the dough turns out really smooth yet holds together when rolled. Uncooked ravioli freeze well, too. Going to try the sage butter sauce for these next time!

Omg this was SO good! The stuffing was absolutely delicious! This was my first time making ravioli from scratch, and at the end of it you could tell it was my first time, but the stuffing was amazing and I made a creamy pesto sauce to go with it. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! ❤️

Very nice. I will alter the recipe a little so to make it healthy. No vegan cheese and a lot less oil. Also skip the vegan butter. Hopefully it’ll still taste great. Fat does taste good unfortunately.
you can always just boil them and toss them in tomato sauce :) hope you enjoy!

A little bit similar but the dough sounds very different! This is soft and not flaky. From what I saw online gujiya resemble more something like an empanada!

Hi I honestly wouldn’t suggest it would probably be a bit too heavy to make pasta with if you’d rather swap you can try whole wheat flour!
Could I use english mustard, Or even yellow food colouring? (Not powder) - Instead of Tumeric? Thanks
You can just leave it out you don’t need to add anything in. It just makes it slightly more yellow. If by English mustard you mean the condiment I would say no but if you want to add in food coloring you can but it’s not necessary for the recipe more for the final look

I have never used it. It would probably work but it’s not going to provide the best texture honestly and it may end up falling apart. I’m not sure
What does tofu ricotta taste like?
It tastes very salty and creamy :) tofu doesn’t have too much of a flavor and will take on whatever flavor you give it. I have fed tofu ricotta to many non vegans and they have always enjoyed it
