    I just made this! But with and onion-mushrooms-silken tofu filling and they were amazing, I couldn’t get the shape right but they tasted delicius so who cares, thanks so much for the recipe 💗💗 kisses from chile

    Making ravioli from scratch is soooo worth it when you have the time! I make a very similar version using half semolina and half “00” pizza flour for the pasta-the dough turns out really smooth yet holds together when rolled. Uncooked ravioli freeze well, too. Going to try the sage butter sauce for these next time!

    I Just made them and oh my god ! They are delicious!!!!

    Omg this was SO good! The stuffing was absolutely delicious! This was my first time making ravioli from scratch, and at the end of it you could tell it was my first time, but the stuffing was amazing and I made a creamy pesto sauce to go with it. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! ❤️

    Yes!!!!! One of my favourite pasta experiences EVER was the spinach ravioli is butter and sage in Florence. So delicious. But never have seen in outside Italy. Before now! Thanks so much for this xx

    Very nice. I will alter the recipe a little so to make it healthy. No vegan cheese and a lot less oil. Also skip the vegan butter. Hopefully it’ll still taste great. Fat does taste good unfortunately.

      A little bit similar but the dough sounds very different! This is soft and not flaky. From what I saw online gujiya resemble more something like an empanada!

      Thank you! Unfortunately there aren’t many vegan ravioli on the market there is kite hill at Whole Foods and they cost about $9 a box last time I checked. More easy recipes will be coming soon :)

      Hi I honestly wouldn’t suggest it would probably be a bit too heavy to make pasta with if you’d rather swap you can try whole wheat flour!

      You can just leave it out you don’t need to add anything in. It just makes it slightly more yellow. If by English mustard you mean the condiment I would say no but if you want to add in food coloring you can but it’s not necessary for the recipe more for the final look

      It tastes very salty and creamy :) tofu doesn’t have too much of a flavor and will take on whatever flavor you give it. I have fed tofu ricotta to many non vegans and they have always enjoyed it
