Preparetion:
1.Mesh and squeegee:120(48T) mesh number;65-75 degree squeegee.
2.Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 mixing ratio 2%-10%;
3.Pigment XG-Serise mixing ratio 10%;
4.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :120℃ for 6-10 seconds ,Drying temp :120℃- 130℃ for about 2 -3 minutes.
5.Baking temp 100℃ for 10 minutes.
Process:
Step1:Gule under print 10 layers.
Gule XG-360R-2X 100G
Step2:Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X print 1-2 layers.
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G
Step3:Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y tickening print 7-8 layers.
Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y 100G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10G
Step4:Color print 4 layers.
Transfer silicone XG-866A-2Y 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Silicone pigment XG-Serise 5G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5G
Step5:Glossy/matte silicone top coating print 1-2 layers
(after printing the glossy effect ever times,stop heating and wait for natural defoaming)
1)Glossy silicone XG-399-3 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
(If need matte effect,it is better to print 2-3 layers of glossy.)
2)Matte silicone XG-866M-6 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1G
Step6:After finish,baking temp 100 ℃ for 10 minutes.
Step7:Heat press the fabric at 120 ℃ for 15 seconds.
