You could use an app called blender. It’s a 3D thingy that you can animate with. I’m not sure about how to make it spinny without animating the spin itself. So in other terms I don’t know how to make it spin when the user spins it. But you could animate in 3D with blender
WASD, Arrow Keys, Dragging the Joystick in the Corner and Dragging the Actual Video. On mobile, if Gyro is activated on your phone, Certain Videos let you move your phone to see, that or Dragging with your Finger.

Meaning if your Phone has a Gyro Circuit, it can detect when it's moved, so you can turn the Phone with a VR Video, and it will detect where you want to look, and move the Camera in the Video accordingly.
I was seeing a lot of comments but none of them talk about THE THING THAT APPEARED ON THE CEILING AT THE END OF THE VIDEO, in case you don't understand what I'm talking about, it's like a square on the ceiling that reveals some hands that appear to be operating computers (I was WTF when I saw that 😔) (I used a translator since I'm not very good at speaking English, so if there are any mistakes, that's why)
It also says something I wonder what ill try to find out. And the song makes a lot more sense now. I think it's about were your stuck somewhere and you feel like people are always controling you and you can't trust everyone not even your own self.
