Building your own space is extremely rewarding....I'd assume. I've only built shit for other people over the years. One day I'll have my own little space. All I need is a one car garage.
I’m the same way about my grass and then the ole lady bought our son a Polaris general and I’ve taken it from him 6 times!

And you use a 3-foot cable as a choker hook to the bucket of the bobcat and dragging it with the bobcat you can do four pallets in less than 15 minutes we do this all the time around new buildings that we build
I know in my state that ground would have to be 99% compaction before you could build on it . Instead of swinging the sledge so hard I used a 1 1/4” auger bit on a cordless drill and makes staking easy . Can’t wait to see the new shop 👍

Jeffery you think that was bad a bike rut my dad mandated the grass to be mowed every Thursday only way out of not mowing on Thursday’s was rain because there were places we had to use a rope to mow it was so steep and he checked every tree to make sure we didn’t hit the tree with the lawn mower. My brother and I used Elmers wood glue many times to glue the bark back on the tree trunks we hit and what really got me one time I threw a piece of bubble gum in the yard and didn’t think anything of it until later that day he wanted to know who threw gum in his front yard. We grew up on a mountain side in West Virginia flat land any flat land was a premium. I also watched him pull a man out of his drivers window by his hair for spinning his rear tire in my dad’s grass.

I had 110 tons of limestone to level the pad for my shop, could not imagine moving that much dirt to redirect water

Will the new higher level that you are making going to make the corner property that you don't own flood now? i want to see more on Jr's civic. as a honda guy i got to hope. even though its not a honda drive train, last time i saw anything on it, it was not playing nice, never reacted to what was asked of it, and that was a couple years ago, all the best guys in the new season of racing and filming, another GTO on its way your side i know you guys will knock out for clay

Instead of driving those stakes all the way with the sledgehammer just drive them through the sock and get them started in the ground and use the bucket of the CTL and push it in the ground.
Never had any luck trying that, sticks almost always snap off. Plus it's hard on the grass, and you heard Jr talking bout Sr's ocd about his grass... Lol

There is a law on the books that says u can't put water from ur property to another if I was u I would go after the home builder to fix the problem they would have to put a retention pond in to keep the water on there property just an idea cause I m sure u have a good property lawyer

How we do it is we take the pallet off the trailer with the bobcat
