The properties are less expensive in Corona (compared to OC, LA, LGB), they are bigger and they have more property availability. I don't like the dry heat In the IE though (I live in South OC with mild temperatures and nice humidity) , but if you can tolerate it, you are within driving distance of a myriad of climates. The beauty of this area is you can be at a beach, mountain, deserts,.valley, and wine country in 30 to 45 minutes. Happy home hunting, Bondy! You'll get what you are looking for in Cali! 😊 P.S. Although Cali is a much more mild climate and less weather interference, it's not only earthquakes here.We also get wildfires and some areas have mudslides. I actually own a home in an area that is within 2 to 5 miles from at least one active wildfire every year since I moved here. My city has featured wildfire on the world news the past few years.
