    Mixed Pastry Recipe;
    For the dough;
    1 packet of instant yeast
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons of sugar
    2 cups of warm milk (400 ml)
    2 tea glasses of oil (250 ml)
    6 cups flour

    1 red pepper
    200 g white cheese
    1 teaspoon of chili pepper
    For the above;
    1 egg yolk
    Preparation of
    First of all, let's mix 2 tea glasses of oil, 2 cups of warm milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar into the kneading bowl.
    Let's add a total of 6 cups of flour and 1 packet of instant yeast, which we will add slowly, and mix all the ingredients with a spoon or spatula.
    When the dough starts to thicken, add flour in a controlled manner and knead until it comes together.
    Let's cover the dough with stretch film. Let's cover it with a clean cloth. Let's leave it to ferment for about 45 minutes in a warm environment.
    At the end of the time, let's remove the stretch film on the rising dough.
    Add 1 chopped red pepper, a quarter bunch of parsley, 200 g of white cheese and 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and knead until all the ingredients are mixed again.
    Then, tear off tangerine-sized pieces from the dough and roll them with our hands.
    Let's arrange them on the baking tray, leaving some space between them.
    After shaping all the pastries, let's leave them on the yeast tray again for about 15 minutes.
    Let's spread egg yolk all over our fermented pastries. You can get 20 pastries with these measurements.
    Let's bake our pastries in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
    After taking the beautifully browned pastries out of the oven, let's wait for them to come out of the first temperature and serve them. Enjoy your meal!
