    Thanks for the video. I had no idea the led lights turned off lol . I do love that these headphones can be changed for volume limitl control.
    My son has had these headphones for 3 years now. They're still going strong.

    Great video! Did the headphones help with ear popping by chance?

      My kids didn't get that (lucky enough) but I would guess it wouldn't help anyway. One thing that helps is give them a snack before take off and landing.

      I won’t get on a flight with kids without gum. That really helps. It’s not so much the chewing as it is the swallowing. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    How's the sound quality of these bad boys? Im looking to get these as a 1st pair for my 3 year old, but also something for my wife to use. She's running Sennheiser HD4.50BTs :)

    • @AtHomewithLucas
      @AtHomewithLucas  10 місяців тому

      In my experience, the sound quality was really good, but the bass is going to be a bit lower than other headphones because it's for kids. If your wife is looking for bass heavy, then I'd get a different pair.

    ICLEVER BTH12-Best Wireless Kid's Headphones
    DIMENSIONS: 6.1 x 2.64 x 7.09 inches, WEIGHT: 6.1 ounces, CONNECTIVITY: Bluetooth V5.0, PLAY-TIME: 40 hrs., CONNECTION DISTANCE: 36 feet, BATTERY CAPACITY: 800mAh, COMPATIBILITY: iOS/Android/Windows, MANUFACTURER: iClever
    1) Not only do these kids headphones give great audio, but they also have the added feature of coming with LED lights that have multiple effects and colors on both sides of the headset. Four light modes are controlled by one independent button. When pressed in Bluetooth mode, will turn off the lights for battery savings.
    2) Kids need good sound too--they'll love the built-in 40mm speaker unit, which provides rich bass and lifelike audio. Limit audio volume between 74, 85, and 94dB using combination keys so the volume switch is not accidentally touched. Let your kids love what they're listening to, at a safe volume.
    3) Dead batteries are a thing of the past thanks to the amazing battery life in the BTH12 Bluetooth headphones. Packed with a rechargeable battery and has a playtime of 40 Hours! It uses a USB-C cord for incredibly fast charging. Just 10 minutes gives you 4 hours of playtime! Use with AUX or wireless for ultimate versatility!
    4) Enjoy Bluetooth 5.0 technology with the iClever wireless headphones for a super-stable connection. One button controls play, pause, end and answer phone calls. The built-in microphone on these kids Bluetooth headphones gives hands-free freedom for studying, doing homework, being in class, or playtime.
    The iClever wireless headphones for kids are a stylish pair of headphones. They have various features that are specifically designed for children's use, such as ear drum protection by restricting volume levels. The volume restrictions on these headphones can be set to 74, 85, or 95 decibels.
    Life of the battery
    The included type C charging cord can be used to charge the headphones. They have long battery life and can play for up to 40 hours. These headphones have a four-hour play time after a ten-minute charge.
    It's a loud and absolutely mediocre headphone experience while I'm listening to music on this (I'm not stealing these from the kids). They're not made to impress. They don't, but that's not a problem. These are kid's headphones and not studio-quality or bass-enhancing monsters. When listening to songs like Starman, the stereo separation is actually rather good.

    Is this a Fire HD kids 8 you have with your boy? I’ve been debating on getting the 8 or 10 for air travel with a toddler around your age. What made you decide to go with the 8? Thanks!

    • @AtHomewithLucas
      @AtHomewithLucas  2 роки тому +1

      Great question, yes it's the Tab 8 and we got it for Christmas one year from family. If you have a little one under 4 I'd recommend the Tab 8 over the 10...the Tab 10 is very big and heavier. Plus the 8 case will take more hits (falls). I'd say the 10 will be my boys next tablet when he is 4-5 👍😁

    The wired version had offered shared listening. Is there a way to do that with this version as well?

    • @AtHomewithLucas
      @AtHomewithLucas  2 роки тому +1

      Unfortunately no it doesn't work. When I plugged in wired headphones the Bluetooth turned off. Then when I plugged in a AUX cable it did the same thing. So if you need two headphones from one headphone port you should buy the wired ones.

    These were advertised to be noise cancelling and said they omit low sound waves to make them sound proof for autistic kids. I cant figure out how to get that function. Do you know how?

    • @AtHomewithLucas
      @AtHomewithLucas  2 роки тому

      Oh, good question. So, as far as I know, then just have the volume limited, so kids can't hurt their ears. As far as noise canceling no, they don't have that technology inside them. As for low sound waves not messing with autistic ears, I'm not sure. I think they are just saying that because the volume is limited, it won't or shouldn't mess with their ears.
      Did they say the headphones are designed to help with autistic kids' ears?

    • @AtHomewithLucas
      @AtHomewithLucas  2 роки тому

      Just read the info on Amazon about these headphones. So didn't see anything for Autistic ears. But did see the noise canceling info. So basically they say because is covers the ears it will block out noise then the 40mm drivers will play sound with high clarity to also help canceling out the noise. But they don't have noise canceling tech.

      So if you are using an android device (Samsung) then you can see it in the Bluetooth settings...also the first time you pair to your device it will have a kn screen notification showing the battery level.

      First make sure it's not connected to any other device (iPhone or Samsung) turn off the Bluetooth on the device you connected the headphones to last. Next turn off Bluetooth on ipad then back on. After that go to Bluetooth settings in ipad and connect to iCleaver
