the irony of mark saying "it is time to say the immortal words" just for "let's get cracking" to get murked in the middle of it had me laugh quite a bit
21:47 finish. I wound up figuring out the broken thermo in a different way. If the right-hand thermo was normal, it would start 2-3, but that would place a 2-3 pair in the 15 cage in box 9. A very fun puzzle!
A well-placed blunder often works wonders in solving these puzzles. I'm not sure, but I think that I made a well-placed blunder in identifying the broken cell as soon as I did. Oops. 23:20 Block 8's cells outside the cage must add to 26. They're either 5678 or contain 9. 5678 is ruled out. 30:50 The 46-pair in column 5 is interesting.
I finished in 44 minutes. Figuring out which thermo was the fake was really fun to do. I did an insane pencil mark looking at both pathways, which I surprisingly did not mess up. I think my favorite part was figuring out the limitations of the 19 cage, which led to a surprising triple in row 7 that gave a 4 in r7c2. This was a fun puzzle that executed a cool ruleset well. Great Puzzle!

Why do I keep trying these puzzles after I've had several glasses of wine?! 😅 Regardless, I was able to finish in just 23:03 (conflict checker off), so I guess that's not bad! Many thanks to Kjaji for a really nice puzzle!

20:19 ... I'm always a fan of 'false logic' sudokus
Nice puzzle!
Thank you for the update regarding Simon! ❤️

Clocked-in in just over 10mins, 10:01
Spotting that r6c56 had to be a 1-9 from the start helped.
