      X ka electron density zyada hoga kyonki woh directly bonded hai...
      So (a) answer hoga ki X ka badega aur H ka ghat jayega

      A is the correct answer because as its elevtronegative so it will attract electron which will result in increasing of electron density and in hydrogen its obvious it contains del + so it have lesser amount of electrom density... Thank you

    But purely in terms of bond strength, HF has stronger hydrogen bonds than H₂O.
