I feel you, mate. Did it just last week - luckily at v-low speed so just dropped - was there any damage to the disc or twisted forks? Looking at my disc spin (bike on stand), I can't see any warp, but I think I can feel a pulse at the lever. Not sure about the forks.
I though I was the only that make that embarrassingly mistake 😂
