My grandfather is Spanish and French Basque he is also Mexican too Basque food sounds yummy I have always wanted to try it I never met my grandfather he died when my mom was 17 due to cancer he was a veteran and he made his own Furniture he had his own company I have some of his drawings. He was a really good artist my grandma is italian but she passed away 5yrs ago to cancer as well I loved my grandma she was the best I miss her everyday. so I am Basque Mexican Italian and Irish and English my dads Irish and English so I'm very European 😊

What a treat for Kira to make an international dish. It looks a bit like a potato omelet. Do they ever add tomatoes or green peppers?

Traditionally the Spanish tortilla is just eggs potatoes, onions and salt and pepper. The slowly fried onions is what gives it the kind of sweet flavour :) my spanish mum will occasionally spice it up and add Carrots but the traditional one is the best i think 😎
Just curious what got Zade into ballroom? I'm not sure if you've answered this before but I think it's such an under appreciated dance form and find it so interesting that he chose it and now has Ender following in his footsteps!
I thought it was hilarious when the kids were adding ketchup. But I make something similar but add shredded cheese and eat with salsa on top. We’ve always called it potatoes eggs and cheese. We like to put it in a tortilla too for breakfast burritos(added sour cream! Cheese and salsa )
