As a kindergarten teacher, I am constantly working to train the kinder students to take care of the toys and equipment in the classroom. I'm so thankful for such a great group of kindergarten students who have clearly been trained well at home!

I’m a senior elementary education major and I graduate in December (I’m freaking out a little bit). I went to public school in Kentucky and I absolutely loved it. I really want to get a teaching job back in my hometown (even with the craziness going on with KY teacher pension). I love seeing how fun and colorful your classroom is!
I’m a K teacher in California. Wow, 14 kids and another teacher with you, I’m jealous 😉. I have 22 kids, teach full day, and don’t have another teacher to help. My classroom is half your size. Your classroom is so fun and colorful! I went to a public school as a kid.

I'm a Kindergarten Teacher too, In Búzios (Rio de Janeiro - Brazil), in a public school. But our system is different: we share the classroom. One group at morning and another at afternoon, after lunch. I teach in the morning, but help to organize things to the other class that I share. Here, we just start the year, doesn't have much of children's craft to show yet. We start work with the names, the family, a tour at the school, etc.
I do the same as you, teaching the children to take care of the classroom materials, and always explaining what happens if we do not take care of them, But i like the tip! Kisses!

When I was in Australia for schooling I went to public schools (which was not a fun experience for me). When I lived overseas I went to an international school for Primary. For Secondary I went to a mission school - 30 kids, 4 teachers and we all did distance education from our home countries.

I'm in 10th grade at a public school. Next school year I'll be going to a vocational school to study Early Childhood Education for the rest of my high school years :))
I’m from Sweden so the difference between public and private school isn’t that big. As a kid I went to a public school but my last two years of elementary I went to a private Montessori school. After that I have always gone to a public school. But as I said the difference isn’t that big so choosing schools has never been based on whether it’s a public or private school.

I used to be an autistic student in special ed resource classes in public schools and watching your videos sort of makes me wish I could go back to when I was in kindergarten .... and could have you as one of My Teachers .
You're so patient , so edutaining , with a mix of casual and beautiful all wrapped in one .
Sometimes I wish you would do an outfit of the day video or a video and a video going further in depth on the colors of your behavior chart . #ideas #ProjectDJ40 I have always liked colorful things . I have always enjoyed art .
Sometimes I wish I knew who made that clip chart you have so that I could see the design closer and believe it or not
I wish you had another one of those star charts and could sign one for me .
But the biggest thing that turns me on with you is your patience , the kind that I wish that I had after kindergarten and

Do y'all use a curriculum for your social living units/themes (community helpers, habitats, etc) or do y'all just make up your own units/themes?
I went to a private school prek-12. I taught for 5 years in a public school, then taught for a year at the private school I went to growing up. I'm currently staying home raising my babies, but will soon be back at the private school. I've enjoyed the time with my babies, but am eager to get back into the classroom!!
