Congratulations on getting Caro Sue back on the road! Drive safe😘👍🏻
Thank you, Whitney! We are going down south for my Dad's 82nd Bday this weekend! I can't wait to introduce you to more of my family! Much Love!
Right on! I see some road trips in your future 😎 great to see you have your wheels back 👍🏻
Yessir! Thank you, Craig! I know where I'm headed soon! Much Love, Brother!
Oh Vic I get it. I don't like the lane assist feature or even cruise control....I don't feel like I'm in control of my car. I'll keep it old school..Stay safe out there! Love love love The Vic Meier Show!
Thank you, Allie! I personally love the cruise control, mainly for the fact that it keeps me from speeding! Hah! I used to think my last name was Leadfoot! Also, I just chill off to the side anyway. It's too easy to speed in Caro after driving Bert around! Bert doesn't do anything quickly but Caro is powered by Porsche! I always wanted a Porsche, that's why I jokingly refer to Caro Sue as my midlife crisis vehicle. Hah! I do miss my Old School 4Runner, Grey Bush, but I can't afford to have him on the road at this point. One day, though! Much Love, Allie!!!
Cool Vic Subaru makes a great product been looking into a Forester just need to pull the trigger. Much love stay cool and safe brother.
Do It! The Forester has much more head room and storage than the Crosstrek does and a couple different interior features. The reason I went with the Crosstrek is that for approximately the same features, it's about 10k less and get 10MPG more than the Forester or Outback. My ex partner had an Outback that we absolutely loved, accept for the mpg. In any event, it's great to talk Subaru! Much Love, Brother! Be Well!
Hi Vic! Hi Miki! I’m glad you got your car back; I hope it’s running good for you. Take care and safe travels! ❤
Helloooo Betty D! All is good and I'm really happy that Subaru of America has been so good to us! Talk to you soon! Much Love!
@❤️ Hi. Okay, sounds great! I’ll be looking forward to hearing how the birthday celebration went. Happy Birthday Mr Meier!!! 🎉🎂🥳
@ well we had a great time and even though my brother David and I are producers, nobody recorded anything! We were too busy having fun! This week we will just have to enjoy and revisit my best moments with Wonderhussy! My parents and I are traveling together again, very soon! It should be a hoot!
She’s back!
!!! Yessir! Thank you and much love!!
That is some serious bad luck man!
I do not understand this obsession with self driving cars!
I have been driving 35,000 miles a year for 55 years and I love it!
You want to build electric cars? Great, they do not need to drive themselves!
Lane assist? What, you can't turn your head sideways? (I know it was by accident)
Best of luck going forward.
Dieter! Hah! I have to agree with you. Happy Holidays! With the manual nature of both Bert and Sir Grey Bush (my 4Runner yet to be seen), driving Caro is like a vacation from driving. It handles so nicely and seat heaters are great for my back over long distances, not to mention I average 500 miles per tank of gas! I use the lane assist while changing music or checking the GPS or driving the long straight stretch of the 395 and especially when it's windy. It does a lot to help with the fatigue of driving on a physical and mental level. It absolutely sucks in low sunlight conditions and around corners...which unfortunately, was about the time I accidentally bumped it. I have compared it to the Toyota, Tesla, and Honda lane assist modes and the Subaru is much more intrusive and easily activated. You know, the journalist in me wants to investigate everything. I am firmly of the belief that self driving vehicles are a long way away from functional. Instead, let's build some railways. Trains, the old school rideshare/self driving vehicles! Hah! Much Love!
